We went during a busy time, however people were in and out fairly quickly. There were several workers but only one was taking orders the rest were processing and calling out orders as they were ready. So have a little patience. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes, but wings were hot & fresh and well flavored. Ranch does cost extra. Staff was friendly yet efficient enough so customers didn’t have to wait too long for their food. We’ll be going back!

That midnight pressure on the team, they clutched the service and the food. There are some bad days, but dont give up, Sumter. We got something nice going on here. Maybe 4-5 times in a row, regardless of time of day, consistent quality service.. Don’t mess it up for the rest of us.

Bruh. I ordered 30 wings. I got 20… Maybe 19. Honestly, none were edible. I twist my first flat and it’s mushy, not in a good way. Absolutely half cooked. With the feathers still on half. I was pretty hungry, so I ate some. Definitely going to have food poisoning in the middle of the night. Not great. Very disappointed. Also got 2 free straws and a ketchup, which is great I guess.

6/26 Very POORLY managed location. Always 45 minutes or longer on wait times. Employees either too busy goofing off or got bad attitudes.
5/23 Mostly kids working, they’re to distracted with their friends hanging in lobby. I watch them give multiple guys free food and ranch. I clearly heard them say can I get some more and the girl just shrugs and grabs 3 more to hand to them each! Manager sitting in the corner not paying attention to the crew. Extremely LONG wait times for orders and then find out orders not in the system is crazy when yall ask me 3 times the name for my order.

I place multiple online orders and when I arrive to the restaurant the orders were not completed yet I still have to wait an additional 20 minutes prior to placing my order 30 minutes before the store. I placed a call in order one morning and I arrived to the store 30 minutes after the workers were just standing there as if I didn’t place an order and my food wasn’t even ready and when I paid for my food my chicken was soggy and my fries were also soggy this location is pretty terrible compared to the one in Columbia.

The literal definition of a hot mess. Took 45 minutes to get our food (2 10 piece wings, one just wings, one wings and fries). Guess they had to kill the chickens first… Then, after 45 minutes of waiting, they forgot the fries, argued with us over them til we showed them the receipt. Then, said 3 more minutes, ended up taking 6 because my fiancé watched one of them take the fries out of the basket, put them on the tray, waited a few seconds, then dumped the fries back into the basket until he went up and asked if those were supposed to be ours. Then we had to remind them that we ordered fries and reshow the receipt (it was the same people. There was not a shift change. We had the exact same conversation 6 minutes ago). Obviously by the time we got home, the chicken had to be microwaved. It was then that we found out that they blended two orders into one… chicken and fries were decent. Not worth the almost $40 we paid and the 51 minute wait overall. Will not be back.

We eat wing stop all the time but this location is ratchet. We called in an order, told it would be 30 mins. Showed up around 35mins and they couldn’t find out ticket in the computer system but it was hanging on the wall- the lady proceeds to tell me that they don’t even start to go orders until the person gets there, which is wild. What’s the point of calling something in. So many people waiting and everyone ahead of us checked their order before leaving and something was wrong. After waiting another 15mins they call our name- we check our order and there was no fries (we got 15pc combo) we asked for the fries to have light Cajun season, I heard the girl at the counter (who was super sweet) tell the cook light Cajun season and he said , okay I’ll give them light seasoning and proceeds to dump so much on there- we got to the car and I showed my son the amount of seasoning.we literally couldn’t even eat them. Get home and he is excited to eat his wings but the wings are not cooked. I mean the meat inside is just barely done but the skin is like mush- and you can tell the chicken just barely made temp. We ended up heating them in the oven. We just moved to Sumter and was excited about there being a wing stop but this location definitely needs some help.

Be ready to wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes, even if you order ahead.
Half of the crew is standing around staring into space, the other half goofing off and usually one person doing all of the work.
Food is great … whenever you get it that is.
