First didn’t redeem my reward on the app. Food was terrible, everything was solid rock . 30 min waiting time for it to be cold. Found a long hair in my sandwich and it was in my mouth. Disgusting. Doubt I’d get refunded.

The food here is made fresh as soon as you order it and taste great, expect a short wait and great food and do not expect Mcdonalds level speed and crappy food. The restaurant is being cleaned constantly unlike most fast food restaurant that are sometimes quite gross to eat at, this one was very clean. The employees are very friendly and serve as best as they can. I definitely recommend this place for lunch time or for satisfying a craving, late at night or early morning.

My biggest props and thank you to the staff that work during busy lunch hours, I have been treated with kindness and respect!
In particular Rose goes beyond, knows it is I when I speak at the drive-thru ( you can tell, I have Carl’s more than once during the week for lunch), she does both in-person customers and drive-thru orders, she’s a hardworker, always with a smile on her face, carrying out great service!
My food is always delicious, fresh, never undercooked or overcooked, it is just right.
My burgers, fries and chicken stars are always on point!

Worst AI service. Didn’t get my order right. Had to park and wait long as if waiting in the drive threw wasn’t long enough. Homeless people everywhere and had to park around them asking me for money. Never coming back here

Computers were not working took almost 10min to take my order, made wrong and waiting longer to get redone. Fries were really stale and the hot dog was crispy hard. Do not stop here. Disgusting!
