I actually do not understand why the guy (who wears glasses) claims they’re closing early which this was at 8:00 and this Subway supposed to close at 10:00 on the dot.
And the other time I came here to pick up an order, he was being very slick with an attitude, acting like they’re “closing” but wasn’t closed and was assisting this other customer.
And I believe there should be a better employee who is willing to assist customers for their food. Even with delivery.

I ordered on the app a chicken bacon ranch when I get to the store I’m told there’s no chicken or bacon to make my sandwich to cancel the order. I can’t cancel the order because it says it’s already being made so I left then decided to just go back in and order a different sandwich as I’m ordering my turkey sandwich. I look down on the line and see that there was chicken. It was just no bacon to make the chicken bacon ranch. Then a customer comes in behind me in orders, a sweet onion teriyaki and you make that which confuses me because how can you make that and I was just told it was no chicken so I ended up paying $20 and only received one sandwich the $13 for the second sandwich I ordered & seven dollars for the first sandwich because the app gave me a discount definitely won’t be returning

The lack of brains here are crazy. Order a subway CLUB and get 50% more meat just to get a sandwich with a couple pieces of turkey. Then you can’t even call. I promise I’ll never spend another dime a subway.

I’m very disappointed and disgusted!! When I pulled up in the parking lot a young gentleman was going to the trash. When he came back in he said hi and proceeded to put on gloves. I asked him “so u not going to wash your hands” he said no that’s what’s gloves are for ma’am. I said no u just touched that trash and u supposed to wash your hands everytime u come from outside or touching anything u suppose to wash your hands. Then I pointed at the sign by the sink and said it tells u right there, so I asked was he going to was them. He took the gloves off and told me to have a good day. If he didn’t wash his hand coming from trash I know he don’t wash his hands when he leave the restroom

Constantly out of something. Bread, tuna, bags, cookies, etc. Past multiple visits have garnered lack of products due to mismanagement. Was told on my last mobile order that they were out of all breads but wheat on a $50 order. When I asked about a refund, and confronted the manager about the problem, I was told the manager informed me that I don’t have to order from them anymore as she refunded my money. Expect a bad attitude if you have to deal with the manager. Won’t be going back.

Says on the door and online they close at 10, I just tried to come here at 7:46pm and there is a man standing inside on his phone but doors are locked. If u closed at 8 that’s understandable buts it literally 7:46 and yall supposedly close at 10 like get it together

Got a Subway coupon in the mail and took it to Subway. Was told Subway did not accept coupons. That it was each store’s prerogative to accept or decline honoring coupons. Go figure. This store has gotten really stingy with the ingredients on the sandwiches. Employee turnover is such you never see the same employee twice. There could be a lot of improvements to this store. I don’t think I will go back.
