I come to this place all the time and I never had an experience i had today. At the drive thru couldnt even understand her she talked very fast and not clear. The lady at the window barley acknowledged me she said hey and she was turned around talking the whole time she handed me my drink didn’t say anything and whiped around and started talking again i didnt get a chance to say thank you or anything, and as I drove off and was putting the drink down the top popped off because they didnt have it all the way on and spilled all over my hand and leg literally burned my hand. (I got black coffee so it was very hot!) Of course im on the way to work I didn’t have time to stop or call them. I never leave reviews this experience in general I think was all around terrible. To top off everything my coffee taste burnt, im not even sure what happened but it was a terrible coffee I threw it away.

Staff needs some training on how to interact with customers. Especially when your store is in the South. Manners are everything. No smiles. No acknowledging the customer. Such a huge difference when the manager is not here. Women working on food moving at a snails pace. And the woman making drinks seems miserable. Not an ounce of hospitality in this place today.

Gave it another try after filing my last complaint, and apparently, no action was taken to remedy the situation. This time, not only was the drink still made incorrectly, but they also did not fill up the cup.
Inconsistent service, and it doesn’t seem like the baristas know how to make their own drinks. Ordered the Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte, and there was no Lavender Cream cold foam. Not even a hint of the purple hue. Also ordered a chocolate cold brew, but received a watery vanilla cold brew instead. Seemed as if I received a drink that was sitting around.

Teach these people how to froth milk properly man, if I am paying 6+ dollars for a grande and get 3/4 of what I pay for how is that fair? literally get less coffee because your people froth the milk too much and half the cup is AIR. FFS.
