Rude lady at the counter made my sweet, peaceful mother upset on the day of my little brother’s birthday.
I am sorry my brother’s name was such a “weird” name and so hard to write for you guys to write on a cake.
One very rude lady at the counter made my sweet mother feel bad and I will never forget that.
I love giving my business to Mexican and immigrant-owned businesses but I will never go back to this business.
Stay home if you are having a bad day instead of taking it out on customers, ma’am. The name was spelled out for you. Maybe take remedial spelling classes, idk. But we are never giving our business to this place ever again. What a shame.
So many other reviews even mention her and her unprofessional attitude and rude behavior. This is why so many of us are never coming back, besides the stale bread.

Stopped here for the 1st time today. Employee was very friendly and most helpful. The chocolate covered strawberries are amazing. Got tamales also. Would return and recommend

Super rude employees! My mom went here to buy my brother’s birthday cake, and the staff were unbelievably disrespectful. One of the employees — a shorter lady — even made fun of my brother’s name, saying “siempre le ponen nombres tan raros” (“they always give them such weird names”). This was after my mom asked her to add his name to the cake.
My mom is one of the kindest, most peaceful people you’ll ever meet, but no one deserves to be treated that way. I’ll be calling tomorrow to speak with the manager because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
We will definitely not be returning after this experience.

I have been here many times and have never gotten anything that wasn’t excellent. Their choices of traditional Mexican pastries is spot on. This was my dad’s favorite place to get Tres Leche. They do only take cash so come prepared.

My favorite place for cakes for parties. I ordered 2 cakes for my sons birthday – 1 tres leches and 1 vanilla w/buttercream – both cakes were completely gone. Soo delicious.

Today, Coco Flan, Flan w raisins & Fruit Torte (this is a German dish, too). All delightfully well prepared & presented. So happy they are in our neighborhood here in Old Town BeaumontTexas.gov.
