Make sure you get your receipt because if you don’t you’re stuck with your food if they make it wrong. I placed a mobile order for a daily double no mayonnaise add ketchup. This is my sandwich no cheese ( comes with it) with mayonnaise here’s the sticker proving what I ordered and how they made it incorrectly. Called up there and I was told that they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t get my receipt even though I placed a mobile order and I technically have a receipt via the mobile order. On a lunch break and they’re telling me to come back when I clock out of work to replace my sandwich I don’t want my sandwich in 3 hours I’m on lunch now. I used to work for McDonald’s when I was younger. This is absolutely ridiculous how this is being handled being it was an online order, weather I got a receipt at the window or not.

The food is decent. The one by target is way better and to me it’s worth the drive. I like to order through the mobile app and it seem as though no matter how early you put in an order they always have you pulling up. The workers are nice but that can only go so far.

Worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s. Guy taking orders in the drive thru was very nice.
I got rushed to park in one of the curbside spots for a very simple order, which then took 30 minutes because my order was given to someone else, and I ended up getting someone else’s food. The worst part? They tried to blame ME when I literally parked where I was supposed to. That is so nasty and unprofessional.

It’s not the people’s fault it’s the corporation I remember not long ago you got a hamburger and it had meat not thin pieces of cardboard overcooked crud that tastes like nothing I wish there was a class action suit against McDonald’s for the shrinking I will never eat at a McDonald’s ever again you want a real hamburger check out Hardee’s or Wendy’s at least their meat is real

So I have been going to this McDonald’s for awhile . During the pandemic it was like everything else understaffed and poor service. Finally this year it started to turn around. The food was well cooked, customer service was sweet and it made me want to spend my money. Prices have gone up and usually I spend about 27.00 on average for 3 people.
Yesterday I went thru the drive thru no other cars in line ,took my order, and then had to wait about 15 min in the reserved spot ….no big deal. I didn’t think twice about checking inside the containers as they have had good service well that ended yesterday. ABSOLUTELY GROSS ,LIMP ,RAW CHICKEN NUGGETS GREASE AND DISGUSTING LOOKING PILE OF MESS IS WHAT I WAS GIVEN. WHOEVER DECIDED THAT THEY DID NOT LIKE THEIR JOB ! KNOWINGLY PILED UP A MESS OF RAW CHICKEN NUGGETS . MY LIL TODDLERS NUGGETS, AND I ALMOST ALLOWED HIM TO EAT ONE. ☆☆☆☆☆SALMONELLA RIDDEN FOOD ,NO THANKS
I RETURNED AND GOT MY REFUND, BUT I DO NOT THINK ILL BE BACK ANYTIME SOON.

Today we came For a 10 piece nugget a chicken sandwich and a burger they told us everything was there. We got home and realized our nuggets were missing. This is multiple times now that they have messed up our order and now we are inconvenience by having to go back 15 minute drive to fix the order and my daughter doesn’t have her food. Additionally, the chicken sandwich was not fresh and the fries were not fresh we don’t come here often and it shows why.
