Some chain restaurants are a real hit or miss. Not all chains are equal. SUBWAY is consistently perfect. Quick service, friendly staff, efficient ordering and checkout, always clean.

Rude and improper, missing items, threw together very sloppy and nasty and very rudely. I guess their customer service is a joke!! Threw tomatoes & cucumbers on there which I did not ask for!! So how you can throw tomatoes on a person’s food without even reading is something I’ll never know!! But it was very gross and rude and ruined my whole night of snack food while I’m on a short day vacation on top of I was already starving!! Trying to be nice but this was very rude, sloppy, and definitely gross!! All the veggies were falling out everywhere in the sandwich wrap and didn’t even have any chips to munch on tonight.. ranch is everywhere, surprised I got my bottle of water or food at all. Hopefully door dash will give me my money back on this!! Sorry but that’s very rude & nasty!! Also very unsafe for certain customers!!

Just because someone orders delivery doesn’t mean you can screw up the order. I asked to have my sandwichs toasted, both are cold. Do your jobs man. Horrible sandwich.

Not too good. Veggies were several days old. Meat tasted processed. Service was adequate. Would probably try a different location. Being inside a gas station vs a stand alone, maybe is the difference.

Every time I order they forget my chips. They always say oh I thought the person picking up got them. It’s not their responsibility to do your job. You have everything else in the bag put the chips in the bag too. Also a salad and protein bowls are supposed to have lettuce spinach etc and not just a pinch. Won’t be getting okemah subway again for a very long time if ever.
