The quality of the workforce has dwindled recently. We see it every day and especially in the customer service industry. That sense of urgency or consideration for people can slip from our character. But I can say that my faith in people was restored today. Not by the quality of the food, but by the sincerity of the person making it. Even on a day only four people decided to get subway, Gabes energy was outstanding and unmatched. Thanks again, Gabe! You’re going places!

I’ve never had such a messy sub. I had chosen less hot honey and it seems they gave me extra. I had my cheese and meat sticking to the paper with hot honey dripping off it.will never be going back

We door dashed so they served us their moldy flat bread. My youngest daughter unfortunately ate some not knowing what it was until I spotted it. It wasn’t a toasted sandwich and I was able to rub some off with my fingers.

Edit: After calling, no refund available since I was not able to return to show them the sandwich therefore they couldn’t confirm for themselves. Was polite in telling me I was wrong at least.

Had an awesome experience at Subway, and I’ve got to give a big shoutout to Josie! She was very friendly and welcoming, and she made my sub (#16) perfectly. It had just the right amount of veggies—fresh, crisp, and not overloaded—and the bread didn’t get soggy at all. You can tell Josie really takes pride in her work and pays attention to the little details. The service was quick, the place was clean, and she made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Definitely appreciate her great attitude and top-notch sandwich

Lovely place!! The stations are clean, there isn’t any stray trash in the dining area, excellent service and top tier subs!! Last time I went in i was served by the Joey and Mason, both super welcoming and friendly! I especially liked the silly tip jar! I just had to leave a tip.. although digitally. I would love to see more art around the store by this Mason character! Such a talented artist, sandwich and graphic design!

I ordered the #15 Titan Turkey Sub, it’s supposed to have 33% more meat, it came with less meat than any sandwich I’ve ever gotten at any subway. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail only to tell you they have no voicemail set up. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyway that enjoys subway. Also want to mention they are privately owned, and not a part of any franchise. Sandwich artist more like Scamwhich artists at best.

The food was made very fast, went in during a slow time and a girl I believe she said her name was Josie was working. She was super friendly and sweet and my sub was great! She was so sweet my interaction with her made my day.

Mason makes the best subs in town!

I got one the other day, it was like I made it myself. Friendly, clean, expert sandwich assembly is what you’re in for at this subway if he’s working.

I don’t even bother going there unless Mason is on shift.

This young man has a bright future.

I stepped into this particular Subway expecting a standard sandwich experience, but what I received was something closer to an ancient ritual. The air was thick with the scent of freshly baked bread and something… unplaceable. Something old.

Behind the counter stood Mason. His name tag gleamed like a talisman. His eyes, dark and knowing, locked onto mine. “You seek a sandwich,” he intoned. It was not a question.

I nodded, feeling suddenly small.

Mason moved with precision, selecting ingredients seemingly at random—an olive here, a single shredded lettuce leaf there. He placed exactly seven jalapeños, whispering numbers under his breath. The toaster beeped, but it sounded more like a warning than a signal.

“Would you like it cut in half?” he asked, staring deep into my soul.

I hesitated. What was the right answer? What would happen if I said yes? Or worse… no?

In the end, I simply shook my head. Mason nodded approvingly, as if I had passed some kind of test. He wrapped the sandwich, but before handing it over, he placed his hand on mine.

“Eat wisely,” he murmured.

I left that Subway a changed person. The sandwich was, undeniably, the best I’ve ever had—but more than that, it meant something. I still don’t know what. But I dream of Mason often. And in my dreams, he is still making sandwiches.

5 stars. Would return, if I dare.
