Only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is because of the one competent employee named Citaldo. Not sure if I spelled his name right but he was great, the only one wearing a mask and even through the mask we were able to see his smile.The other employee named Yarra looked like she was having a horrible day and took it out on my wife’s order. She switched it out and we ended up getting the wrong sandwich. It happens I get it…. But she was very dismissive, cold and demeaning towards us.

Unmannered female employee. Asked for 1 Italian bread and said it was out when the whole tray in the back was stocked up. Don’t go to this location! Hire new employees.

The staff is nice, but they are in such a hurry when they are making the sandwiches that they do not measure the meats right. I ordered a steak and cheese and hardly got meat! Usually in other locations the meat is already pre measured in little plates ready to go. I gotta say I will not be going back to this location.

Today I went in With my great grandmother and of course you can only imagine how old she is being my great grandmother. The sub maker Yessina was very bothered due to my great grandmother asking to many questions. Yessina than proceeded to roll her eyes. Yessina proceeded to ignore us and pushed us(verbally) to the check out line. When we mentioned we needed another sandwich another worker in Spanish mentioned to the other worker that we just decided to add the last sandwich. So I than spoke Spanish to both lady’s and explained that Yessinas attitude and actions where uncalled for and it’s Yessina fault that she pushed us away. I hope this issue is taking care of.
