Placed my order online at 11:30am and got to the store after my confirmation email said my pizza was ready. The door was locked and no one was inside. When I called, the man on the phone said they were not open and I explained to him that I had ordered a pizza and he said that my card wouldn’t be charged. Business hours clearly state 10 AM on the door and the website allowed me to order the pizza. I understand staffing is tough right now, but the location should not have allowed orders if they were closed.

Ordered through the app then picked up at the store. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was on time and was ok. The pizza needed to be cooked longer, so I had to throw it in the oven when I got home. Overall, I would recommend and may go back when I’m in the area again

I order food at 2:01 and got there at 2:16. The food wasn’t even started and mine was the only order on the screen waited 20 mins for the employee to mess up the order then try and have me take a ripped apart pizza. Then waited 30 more mins for just one pizza. If there was a lower rating from one I would give it.

First, I want to say that the team that works the counter here are mostly wonderful! The ones that aren’t tend to not last long. We go to this location and they know me by name…….Service is usally outstanding other than the typical no-shows that tend to happen more often now.
The reason for my 4-star rating in Service and atmosphere is due to the lack of management at this store. These employees seem to be doing the best they can without a lot of guidance from upper management. I believe this team only needs the care of a good manager to be elite. Get rid of the bad apples on the team and focus on the great ones!!

They refused to deliver .. 1.7 miles to my door. If they lie about delivery in website, what else they lying about. The world has changed to just crap. I called 5 pizza parlors with delivery spelled out. All within 3.5 miles, all declined to deliver.

Honestly, I don’t know why this location is open. For almost a month now, if you try to order a large origional hand tossed pizza on the app, the option is disabled. Only thin crust, tavern crust, and the upcharged Origional pan pizza crust options are available. Many times before other food options as well have been consistently disabled on the app for long periods of time for this specific location. If I really want pizza hut, ill go to the burnt church location.
