On top of that, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is always friendly and attentive. You can really tell they put care into both the food and the overall dining experience. If you’re craving a satisfying and well-made don katsu, Wabisabi is the place to go. Highly recommend!
The food was also great! We loved the Pork Gyoza. The chicken bacon and pork belly skewers were good. We also had two rice bowls, the Fried Pork Katsu and the Kaisen Don. They were both amazing. Would definitely recommend!!!
Servers were so nice and very attentive!

We ordered the grilled octopus skewers which were awesome. They had the flavor from the grill and were cooked perfectly so they were not dry nor tough. They were my favorite. We also had red clam nigiri, shrimp tempura don, and yakiudon. All were great and there were alot of interesting cocktails.
Update: We have been back to Wabi Sabi three times and everything has been excellent. The staff is great and chatting at the bar was interesting to hear about the cocktails. Also the first time I didn’t notice the chili powder and it was a great addition to some of our food choices.
