The food portions were spot-on, everything tasted fresh, and the service was genuinely kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this location for anyone who values great customer service and attention to detail.
Join the “Sip Club” for basically unlimited fountain drinks and coffee. Always easy parking and fast service. This is a very clean Panera resturant…inside and outside. Plenty of comfortable seating inside or enjoy your pastry or meal out on the patio! Give this Panera a try…you wont be disappointed
My wife ordered a coffee with her meal, but the stainless steel milk container by the coffee station was empty. She sat down while I tried to get her some milk for her coffee. I kindly asked for more milk from the same cashier who had taken our order, but even though acknowledged what I said, she did nothing while she continued waiting on other customers. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for nothing.
So, I went to ask the man working behind the service counter in the kitchen for some milk, and he told a female employee to refill the milk container. She didn’t. Five minutes later I had to go ask the man again. He repeated himself that the woman was going to get the milk, but in frustration I told him that she still hadn’t done anything. So finally after 10 minutes he had to go get the milk himself for my wife. This is really bad service! They need better management. By the time I was able to sit down and eat my food got cold. This was our first time visiting this location.
Most seriously, the store manager used member data to privately call a customer to threaten and argue, which completely violates personal privacy. It has been confirmed with customer service that official complaints only go through email, so this branch’s behavior is clearly a form of “vigilante” treatment. I strongly recommend avoiding this store; the quality of management is worrying!
