As a current store manager, I take customer service and accurate communication very seriously. My partner and I came out in the rain to pick up a Subway sandwich, only to be turned away because the staff decided to close early—despite the posted hours indicating they were still open. That kind of inconsistency is disappointing and feels like false advertising. We ended up taking our business to Wawa instead.

There’s no dine-in eating the place is small and half of it is shared with a Carvel’s ice cream… sandwich was okay… notice they go a little heavy on the Mayo… bread is not bad could have been just a little bit fresher.. the service is good

My husband and I have been ordering from this location for a while but their bacon ranch foot long the bacon is not cooked. Parts of it is raw. I ordered it twice and it was the same way both times. Now I just do the meatball sandwich or teriyaki chicken. Otherwise the location is fine.

I ordered catering 4 days in advance and when i arrived to pick up only 1 person was working and the platters weren’t ready. The 1 person made the 2 platters in 20 min while still attending to other customers. Great service

This makes the second time I’ve come to this Subway and they decided to close early. Google, yelp, the entire World Wide Web and their DOOR with the schedule hours says they close at 9:30pm, but for some reason they lock up shop at 9:15p and 9:10p. 20 minutes early is crazy. And I called to verify the time just for someone to pick up (at 9:11) that “they’re closing in 2 minutes” and when I said Google says you close at 9:30p she says “no we don’t”. Oh yea? So we turning away customers AND lying now? Bet. So this is to the HIRING MANAGER, FRANCHISE OWNER, MAYOR OF SUBWAY, WHOEVER; the ladies you had on shift tonight of 5/20/2025 for the night shift don’t care about your night customers/business and are only concerned with how early they can get home. I wonder what other rules they in there breaking, do they even follow the sanitation policy properly? Idk I’m questioning everything now since they like to cut corners. Guess we’ll never know.

They provide great customer service. The prep station is very clean. The manager was able to get a service done along with 2 other female employees when another location failed. I am thankful for their services on Saturday June 4th 2022. I was able to get the sanwiches to the big group of people.

First off they have no sense of urgency me and two others where standing there for a while before being served. The first girl who made my sandwich did it wrong it wasn’t what I asked for I was guessing she was new so I wasn’t mad but I wanted my sandwich done over so the next lady who took over didn’t even show the first one what she needed to do she just took over with a attitude and was rushing to make my sandwich and ended up not making it right either! but I didn’t even make a big deal because at that point I was hungry and over it!

If I could’ve given this place no stars I would, I am not sure if it’s an off night or this person is new or what but when your store has hours printed on the their establishment us customers go by what it says. Me and my husband went in at 9:03 on the dot because it says they close at 9:30, as we went in there, a few people were in the line so as we begun to join the line we were met with an attitude, she turned and mumbled at first and then I kindly said excuse me all she kept saying was we are close we are close she didn’t even stop and tried to explain her self or anything we kept saying to her but it says 9:30 on the door and she just kept repeating we are close. This is my suggestion I believe that who ever is the manager there need to get better night crew or train the ones that you have there on better customer service because that was very POOR, I am a manager at a restaurant and I understand about wanting to go home but an half an hour early is unexceptable.
