Placed an order online tonight and noticed the “Papa Track” thing doesn’t actually work. About an hour later – still no food and no updates. Tried to call the restaurant but the phone doesn’t work. Never again.
*They did eventually deliver AN order about an hour after it was placed. But it was the wrong order – so god only knows where the thing I actually paid for ended up.

I gave them another chance and they delivered, via DoorDash, me someone else’s food. Went online 2 order 2 pizzas. Took 2x ordering online. The AI finally accepted the order the 2nd time but would not let me review the order when the “review” button was on the screen. I left my email and phone # so the Papa John’s could communicate order time, deliver time, and paymt accepted. I tried called them to speak to staff and manager. The phone just rang.
What happened to the great CS and integrity that Papa John’s had when they first started selling pizza. Now have to NOT only cancelly charge w/card company but find something else. Shame on this Pizza shop. You’re customer service is not even there. Manager is not running the business. Think I’ll call corporate also! Quality overall in America is going down hill!

DON’T DO IT!!! I ordered a pizza last week and it was HORRIBLE. $27 + tip for 1 pizza that was DRY and tasteless. I normally order from pizza hut at least 3 times a month but decided to try Papa Johns NY style pizza. It was cold, the cheese was dry and stiff, you could barely taste the sauce, the crust was dry and bland. Even my husband and son commented on how bad it was! This was MY 1st and MY LAST time EVER ordering Papa Johns. This was a horrible dinner for my family. A total waste of money!!!!!!

The pizza is comparable to any fast food pizza. It’s good, just not great. The customer service is greatly lacking. I picked up my food and the cashier automatically started speaking Spanish to me. Why?! I phoned in the order. The cashier said 20 minutes. I tried to pick it up after 20 minute and ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. Honestly, it’s one of the better fast food pizza places in the area but- you will get what you pay for: mediocre food and service.

Ordered a pizza online employee calls me 10 minutes after i place my order saying no cash on delivery that he can take my payment over the phone i said fine okay while on the call he mentioned the server was not responding and that he would call me back to process my payment over the phone.. ok calls back 15 min later to tell me they have to cancel my order and i have to put it in again really! Had myself and guests waiting for about 25 minutes already all to tell me i have to place a new order! On top of ROBERTS attitude i kindly asked him for a discount for the inconvenience and he said he was not giving me anything for free! Excuse me i did not ask for any free food i kindly asked for a discount for the incovenience and the gentlemen got angry and hung up on me first time i go thru an experience like this at this store.

Pizza is very worth the price! Keep your eye out the deals via online and just order away. If anything, you can call as well to put in your order as you use online info as a reference. I had a doubt of a couple items that I had ordered via online. I called right away and the order was clarified on both ends. The staff member was very patient and understanding and suggested calling in again in the future whenever there is a question or doubt. Upon pick-up he made sure order was as requested. Very friendly service.

Terrible customer service especially from the manager Ruben. After waiting an hr and half I called to get status and Ruben literally started yelling at me saying the driver came back because I didn’t answer my phone. First off,don’t yell at me, where’s your customer service skills and secondly no one called me! I was on the phone for the last 30 min trying to figure out where my order was!I was so upset I ended up emailing corporate which I usually don’t do. I requested to cancel the order and email me a copy of the refund, I still have yet to receive a copy of the refund. Unacceptable
