A nice restaurant with lots of different selections, from pizza to pasta and entrees, salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. The drink menu is very extensive too. The pizzas are pretty creative and taste good, but can be a bit dry. There is lots of seating available but during busy times there can still be a wait. The service is very good and the interior is clean. The take home pizza for $9 is great value.

Hi Everyone — Merry Christmas !!

I’m writing this review with an intention that it will reach to wider audiences and will help people to take a decision before visiting this place.

I went to this place around December’ 2025 along with my daughter to celebrate daddy-daughter’s day and Overall our experience was pretty average!

Let me take call out all areas separately:

Service (4/5) — We interacted with 2 people mainly at the restaurant. Servers — she was very nice and well mannered. Front desk/counter — she was kind of rude and not at all respectful.

Atmosphere (3/5) — Pretty average atmosphere, nothing to call out. It needs lot of renovation work to be carried out.

Food (3/5) — We ordered (a) Kungpao Spaghetti (b) Salmon Piccata and both the dishes were just average and salt was also not adequate.

I kindly request the management to look into this and improve the overall customer experience.

Fyi : I visited this place before also and it was much better from service and food standpoint. I don’t know if something has majorly changed chefs or management.

All the best !!

ready for a pizza night, and let me tell you, their ketchup-pizza combo is wild! The crust is crispy, the sauce is rich, and that ketchup twist? It’s like your weird cousin showed up with a secret recipe, but it totally works! First bite, I was skeptical, but now I’m hooked. Cheese melts just right, toppings dance with flavor, and it’s like California sunshine in every slice. I laughed when I saw the ketchup idea, but it’s so good, I’m already planning my next visit!

Very nice food but I must say the Banh Mi is a BILLION times better in Australia. Other than that service was impeccable and the pizza and salads were great!

We walked over to here from the hotel nearby. Not really sure what we wanted and we had a couple picky eaters. I do have to say, at 5pm, there was no wait for a table. The mall was VERY busy, so it was interesting how empty it was. We were met with free bread and menus very quickly. We ordered a happy hour pizza which included a beer for $9. Pretty cheap if you ask me. The pizza was a small sized, but worked great for dinner. We ordered an appetizer as well. For $35 for two adults and a child was pretty good in my opinion. I will have to say, the service is very slow. It took a period of time for a waitress to ask for our order. The pizza took almost 30 minutes, which is odd considering its pizza, and the establishment was nearly empty. It took another period of waiting for a to-go box for my kids meal. If you want a good happy hour menu, definitely visit. Outside of that, I don’t think its really worth your money considering how many other restaurants are in the mall area.

I recommend this cozy place, my husband and I were very pleased! Great service, very polite and nice hostesses, the waitress Crystal was super nice and attentive, special thanks to her! All the dishes and drinks were served pretty quickly, and everything was incredibly delicious! The cocktails were also very tasty. We are very pleased and will definitely come there again! 10/10

Dream, our waiter, absolutely slayed! Kind, funny, and on top of every detail! He made our CPK experience so much better. The food was delicious too, but his service really took it to the next level. Highly recommend asking for him!

The first thing I tried was the sangria flight, and it was great. I swapped out the olive oil for butter that goes with the bread— both were really good. Next, I got a pepperoni pizza. I had no complaints and took half of it home (it’s 6 slices and is enough for 2 people). For dessert, I tried some of the butter cake and chocolate cake. The butter cake was perfect and moist. The chocolate cake was very small and didn’t have much flavor, but the chocolate syrup kind of makes up for. I love the vanilla ice cream that came with the desserts. Service was a bit slow, but it was super busy that day. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for seating.

There’s other great restaurants nearby, and the movie theater is close by. There’s a big fountain and grass area to sit at and relax nearby, as well.

We recently dined at this restaurant during the holiday season and would like to share our experience in hopes it will be helpful.

We arrived with children and informed the host that any seating was fine as long as it would allow for a faster service, given that we were with kids. The host suggested patio seating. I expressed concern that it might be cold, especially for the children, and she assured us that heaters were available. Based on that assurance, we agreed to be seated on the patio.

However, as soon as we were seated, it was noticeably cold. We asked to have one of the heaters turned on and were told that the heater was not working and was broken, which was disappointing and uncomfortable, particularly for children.

We were told the wait time would be approximately 25–30 minutes. After about 20 minutes, I politely checked with the host for an update. Her response was unexpectedly rude; she stated that although tables were available, she did not want to overwhelm the servers. While we understand the importance of managing staff workload, the tone and lack of courtesy were unprofessional.

After a longer wait, I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager repeated the same explanation with no empathy or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. We fully understand that the restaurant was busy due to the holidays; however, basic hospitality, kindness, and clear communication should still be maintained.

Additionally, bread, normally served at the beginning of the meal, was not brought to our table and was only provided after we requested it.
When our food finally arrived after a significant delay, the pasta was cold, which added to the overall disappointment.
I would like to note that our server, Christian, was excellent. He was kind, patient, helpful, and professional throughout our visit, and we truly appreciate his service.
Overall, while we understand the challenges of a busy holiday period, better communication, a more welcoming attitude, functioning amenities, and attention to food quality would have greatly improved our experience.
