This place is an absolute gem! It’s my new favorite bar in Moab. Such a comfortable atmosphere. The food is great, probably the best burger in town. Everything a bar should be, dim lighting, nice seating, great music, and lots of tv’s. I love it when they fill my beer right to the top!The staff were very friendly and inviting. The bar tender is Dave. He is everything a bar tender should be. Prompt service with a smile, and some funny jokes too. Dave had great recommendations on what beer to get and what was best on the menu. He also knows ALL of the mountain bike and dirtbike trails, and has had great advice for that too. I will definitely go back. Five stars.

My favourite bar during our three day trip to Moab and the only one I decided on a second visit . Our bartender was excellent and made us feel very welcome as obvious tourists to the area although it’s also a regular spot for the locals. Food and drinks prices were definitely some of the more reasonable in the area . It’s a little outside of the main drag but definitely worth the extra couple of minutes drive . It’s also connected to a bowling alley and lots of other arcade games.

This is the place to be in Moab. A little off the tourist path. Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Bren is Amazing and took very good care of us. Val and I had wings, which were outstanding. Denise had the Hatch Burger with fries…exceeding her expectations for size and flavor. We indulged ourselves with the “Sampler” a combination of tots, cheese sticks, fried pickle spears, and Val’s favorite the mini fried mac & cheese…all served in one of those old-school baskets. Don’t forget to stop in for Taco Tuesday, it’s the only night they serve tacos.

Only one server and it got busy right after we arrived. We weren’t in a hurry so that wasn’t a problem. Food wasn’t bad. The server was dismissive, he clearly cared more about the large group of locals that came in after us. Again, not a big deal but he communicated by yelling to us from across the room, made fun of my kids, insisted we pick up the napkins on our table so he didn’t get Covid…a lot of nonsense that was just uncalled for. I’ve spent a lot of time in Moab and there are plenty of other places better worth your time and money.

I like a good dive bar. This one made me feel like brown people are not welcome. The bar and bowling area were very busy but the only brown person I saw was cooking in the kitchen. Even though the food, service and atmosphere were good, I would not go there again. The statue in the bar is the same as a lawn jockey IMO. The wood chairs are uncomfortable.

Great place. Lots of TVs. Cold beer and a bunch of taps. Hung out and watch my Steelers rock at 11am on Sunday. Nice. The bartender was attentive, friendly, and changed the channel to the my station quickly. They have the whole NFL package. I did not like the chairs however. They are the kind that dig into your upper back when you lean back. Kinda makes the chilling uncomfortable. Will be back next Sunday for a repeat tho.

Perfect place to watch a game. Inside of the bowling alley which was interesting but it’s a cool spot. Classic bar food (burgers, wings, chicken fingers) with a bunch of TVs. David was a great server

My wife and I were visiting Moab from out of town and stumbled across The Alley Sports Bar and Grill online. After a long day exploring the red rock landscapes, we were craving something casual, local, and satisfying—and wow, did this place deliver.
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. The place had a buzz of energy with sports playing on big screens, friendly chatter at the bar, and an unmistakable sense that this is where locals and travelers alike come to unwind. Bonus: it’s attached to a bowling alley, so there’s plenty of fun happening all around.
Now the food. Let me just say—this burger absolutely earned Moab its “best burger town” bragging rights. Perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful, and stacked just right. Paired with golden fries and a cold local brew from their solid tap list, it was exactly what we were looking for.
If you’re in Moab and want a great burger, chill vibe, and solid atmosphere to kick back and relax—you’ll want to put The Alley at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.
