I’m not a Panera fan by any means, BUT needed a coffee…just a coffee, however, the minute I saw their pastry selection, heck, one little treat won’t hurt Tried a cherry one AND IT WAS DELICIOUS…and really liked they’re Hazelnut coffee. I actually, decided to sit in there for a minute and enjoy my danish and coffee – very clean place, not a bad stop at all

Not recommended! The Inverness location is much much better. This location is like a school cafeteria. We like to go to the Inverness location, it’s comfortable, homely and very inviting. This location on Lecanto highway is like going out to lunch at a school cafeteria. It’s a big open room with lots of bright lights. The portions of food we get at this location is smaller than the portions we get at the other location. The best part of this location is the cashier that helped us. Her name is Kathy and she is super helpful, very very nice and just a darn good person. She is the only reason we will be coming back to this location. We didn’t meet anybody else, they seem nice as well but Cathy is super nice, elderly and works her butt off! She deserves a raise and a free meal! Thank you Kathy for making our experience much better.

1st time at this location. Hit it up before the lunch crowd arrived. I’m glad I did because it got busy fast. The cashier was friendly and got our order right. Thank you! The parking lot is tight once it starts getting busy. For those of you who like to drive fast thru parking lots as a shortcut, don’t, you’ll definitely hit a pedestrian or someone in the middle as they backed out. The food was OK, I’ve had better at a more established Panera Breads location. Maybe later on down the road, it will get tastier.

Wife and I came in tonight. I ordered a French dip and a bowl of Mac and cheese. First bowl of Mac and cheese was gross. The bowl was not cleaned. The dried food on the sides rubbed right off with a finger. It was disgusting. The lady upfront offered a new bowl and asked the Manager Garrett for a new one. He in an annoyed tone asked her why in front of me. Then looked at my bowl with an annoyed look and said sorry for the stains. That was no stain it was a dirty bowl. Then my replacement bowl of Mac and cheese has this wonderful little hair in it. At this point I am just done. The Manager Garrett and two of his male co workers who have long hair and beards do not have proper beard restraints. The workers all have a very annoyed look and demeanor to all of the customers.

I went to this location at 8:15 am yesterday for a simple order of four cinnamon raisin bagels. They had none. Corporate orders take precedence over individual patrons who come here for a reason, yet we are shut out of being able to obtain bagels on a consistent basis. This is an area-wide pattern and one of the last reasons I patronize Panera. Why should I waste my time?

Let me tell you it was NOTHING like the picture on TV or the picture in house at Panera. Very little chicken so all you tasted was the sauce & the bagel. Very disappointing & for 7.99 should have had enough chicken so you could at least taste it

Ordered 2 different orders thru the drive thru. Went to pay and they had added them together.
Then I opened my bag and even tho I ordered and paid for a whole sandwich i only got half. Now im even more irritated because the drive thru took a long time and now I have to walk in and get inline again and wait yet again.
They fixed however they should have gotten it right the first time. Its not like we had complicated orders or a bunch of them
No special requests like no this or no that. Just straight up 2 orders.
Rising cost also means worse service I guess !

megan was so sweet to me! as a single mom with an almost one year old i never go inside anywhere megan saw i was struggling and helped me get my food, highchair, and clean up. not only that but she was cleaning the establishment and checking on not only us but every customer there! i really enjoyed my experience today mostly thanks to her 🙂

Decided to stop here for lunch during our grocery shopping. This was the first time I have visited Panera, but my wife was used to it while living in Colorado. It took a minute for us to order and the lady at the register was very accommodating by explaining the choices. She ordered the Italiano Sandwich and I, the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. My wife stated her sandwich was different from what she remembered in Colorado, but tasty and my Cheesesteak did not taste at all like a Cheesesteak Sandwich. The Mac-n-cheese was okay, but I am not a fan of the white cheese and the chicken noodle soup had a weird taste to it. I have to say, I do not understand receiving a piece of bread as a side with the meal when you order a sandwich to begin with. All in all, the price did not reflect what we received, as the sandwiches seemed chintzy with the width of the sandwich bread not matching that of the pictures and the meat being less than a regular sandwich. I also was disappointed paying $3.29 for a drink and receiving something similar to a kid’s cup for a medium drink. Finally, they did not offer a military discount. First time and last for my, unfortunately.

Yummy and hot! My delivery driver had outstanding customer service! I didn’t grab his name but he was wonderful called right away and got my food here hot and yummy! Overall great food and exceptional service!
