⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands Down, the Best Chinese Food We’ve Ever Had
Chow Wok absolutely blew us away. The portions are huge, the flavors are spot-on, and the food quality is honestly some of the best we’ve ever had from a Chinese restaurant. It may be a small spot, but it delivers big on taste, freshness, and value-completely worth the stop if you love this style of food.
What made the experience even better was the owner personally coming out to greet us. That kind of hospitality is rare and really shows how much pride they take in their restaurant.

Came from seeing a tik tok and recommending to order the garlic shrimp fried rice. The wife is a big fan of General Tso and we tried the wings. Also an order of mini shrimp egg rolls. Everything was good especially the rice if you are a garlic lover. You can get the sauce for the wings on the side if you want. If you don’t like a lot of sauce, that would be the move. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel others should be aware. I spent over $50 on a takeout order at this restaurant, expecting at least basic customer courtesy. When I asked for one small pack of chili sauce to go, I was flat-out refused. This wasn’t a large or unreasonable request—especially considering the size of the order and that chili sauce is a standard condiment commonly included with Chinese food. The refusal felt unnecessarily rigid and unappreciative of a paying customer. It wasn’t about the sauce itself, but about the lack of flexibility and customer service.

Great customer service and food! The general Tao’s and pepper steak is so good. Really everything I’ve tried is good. They have great lunch (comes with egg roll and a drink) specials too for around $8-9. I come here all of the time.

I’m giving it a full five stars because when I went in I was greeted very thoughtfully and they took my order promptly and actually brought me my order as I was sitting in the restaurant. I ordered the tempura shrimp appetizer and the pork rib appetizer what’s a Kung Pao delight meal that comes with either fried rice or steamed rice and I chose steamed rice and it did not disappoint. I paid close to $40 what’s the entire thing but I was able to feed three people and have enough left over to feed me later and it was absolutely amazing. I really hope more people will go to this place and realize how good their food is.

What made me initially start eating at this place was the quality of the chicken. It was different from other Chinese restaurants I had gone to. It was not too chewy, cooked well, and the flavor was great!
Recently, I have ordered from here three separate times (the sesame chicken – since that’s my favorite), and the quality just doesn’t seem to be there anymore. You might wonder, why did I order it three times? I guess I was just hoping it was an off batch each time, but unfortunately I don’t think it was.
There are other items here that I enjoy such as their chicken egg rolls and crab puffs, that will keep me coming back, but it’s just disappointing to just not trust if the chicken will be prepared correctly.
