I visited tonight with my MIL and we were helped by Reese. Reese’s name tag read that she was in training- she was PHENOMENAL! Extremely welcoming, kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. She made the experience quite wonderful and I highly encourage others to go visit her if they want their day made! Great job Reese, any employer would be so incredibly lucky to have you!

I love to treat myself with my custom ice cream from cold stone. I always end up getting the same one everytime. My favorite is called The Pie Who Loved Me. Its cheesecake ice cream with chocolate syrup, graham cracker and oreos. Yum yum. Its been a special place for me to take my daughter for something sweet or to celebrate. she loves the coffee ice cream plain…. plain. What kid wants coffee plain… shes uniqur for sure lol. Its thats good and worth checking out. Treat Yourself!

Ordered a custom birthday cake. When I received it, it had been decorated very poorly. The lettering was messy and slanted to one side, chocolate shavings loose in the tray, and the frosting was not smoothed out.
I ordered the cake a week in advance and it looked like it had been thrown together 30 minutes before pickup. I didn’t serve the cake. I went to the store and bought an entirely different ice cream cake.

Busy and dirty is the standard for this Cold Stone. Staff is polite but people hiding in the back letting one person handle the rush is ridiculous. It’s usually always sticky tables and trash on the tables. It’s ice cream and tasty that outweighs the atmosphere

Ordered an Strawberry blonde in a bowel and when I went to eat it , it had no strawberries and no caramel anywhere in it, I nicely asked the server that helped me where the strawberries and caramel was, because there was none, she was very rude and wouldn’t even try and help me, telling me if I didn’t like it , I could buy another one and that was all she could do, why are people so rude to customers and have no respect for their jobs these days. it’s a shame how some owners let their servers treat customers.

Ordered 3 ice creams and 1 shake. One of them was a plain vanilla no mix ins. Our son said it taste funny. It tasted like sweet cream. We let them know and the girl behind the counter said it definitely was vanilla and not the sweet cream next to it. I tasted it, it tasted like whipped cream. She said they can’t do anything and we could throw it in the trash. Then charged us for it. Worst customer service ever.

Staff is always happy, never had a bad interaction! Love the cheerful atmosphere and all the combination possibilities! Has coffee, ice cream cakes, and of course, ice cream! Has very nice birthday cakes! Great place to go with family, friends, SO’s, or just treat yourself! Highly recommend!
