I have actually never left a review for any restaurant or fast food in my entire life, and this time I actually felt I absolutely had too. This place was one of the worst subways I have ever been too in my entire life. Not only was the service not good, but the employees would leave when in the middle of helping customers. They completely disregarded what we said we wanted on our sandwich. They talk to you like your in jail, the man behind me his sandwich was left in the oven for so long the entire thing was burnt because the employee just took off after putting it in the oven. The pace was so slow for there being 3 staff members on the line and maybe 5 people in line waiting for service. All the veggies looked wilted and the bread seemed like it’s been sitting on the counter for days and was hard. I’ve never been to jail but that’s exactly how I would imagine it being like. Save your money or go to a different location.

The worst service ever.
I ordered ahead and came in the store when I got the notification saying ready to pick up. I showed the phone to the staff there, very polite and said “Hi I got a pick up order”. She told me “I don’t know why it said ready but I have the whole line waiting for me and I’m by myself”. Super rude! I ended up have to get in the line, waited until my turn so that she could make the order that I already ordered ahead 30 minutes ago. What’s the point of ordering ahead when you have to get in the line to order it again?????
I understand that she was by herself but please make it make sense here because I ordered ahead and came in when it said ready. If you only prioritize the walk-in customers, then turn off the online option.

I usually don’t order from this Subway and I won’t be ordering here again in the future. I placed a pick up order and called and spoke to someone and asked them when they cut the sandwiches to wrap them individually, my sandwich didn’t even get cut. On top of not getting cut there were no sauces on my TUNA sandwich as in the order, and 1/4 of my sandwich was nothing but bread. I called several times to the store to speak to someone but no one will pick up the phone. I’m very disappointed in how awful they made our sandwiches, and being alone is no excuse for not giving people what they pay for. Think I’m going to start getting my sandwiches from Jimmy John’s or another sandwich place, don’t spend your money here it’s not worth it and doesn’t seem like the franchise owner doesn’t care to answer the phone to talk to their customers.

I’ve ordered through the Subway app the last 4–5 times, and every time I arrive when the app says my order is ready, they only start making it after I get there—even when they’re not busy at all. Today was the same, but even worse. They didn’t begin my order until I arrived, and then they made it completely wrong. I selected four different sauces, and they gave me a sandwich with none of them.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews because mistakes happen, but this is the fifth time. They never offer refunds when they’re out of something, and no one even apologizes. It feels like I’m wasting my money every time I order from this location.

It took me 15 minutes to get in and out of here with a 6-inch sub. There were only two people ahead of me, and each one ordered just a single sub. Two employees were behind the counter, but I don’t think anyone could work more slowly or ignore customers more effectively. Maybe they had a bet on who could move the slowest?

Probably the worst run Subway I’ve been to in the entire North Metro area. They move with no sense of purpose, not very respectful, never apologize for the delay. This last experience was just the worst among a string of terrible experiences. Order placed online, arrive and they haven’t even started it, then they are out of the meat for one of the sandwiches, and claim they were closed for 2 days and couldn’t prep. Worthless.

i hate that this is the closest subway to me. the guys working here are so unprofessional. wearing a visor crooked to look cooler is crazy work and cussing while talking to each other with customers in front of you is interesting. don’t know who’s managing this place seems like nobody is at this point

Food was made right. I ordered online only to wait over 40 minutes for my things, meanwhile two employees were bickering back and forth the whole time. An overall bad experience.

Things have gotten terrible at this location. I order subway 3+ times a week. The last 3 times at this place my order has been wrong. We ordered two subs and all of the ingredients were mixed up. The last two times I’ve ordered the club and it literally.has a small amount of turkey and only turkey. Each time I have tried to call and they have never answered the phone. Sad. Also each time asked.for tomatoes (ordered online) and have gotten zero.

Zero stars if I could I’ve ordered delivery here two times recently. The cookies are hard as bricks I ordered the macadamia nut cookies the six pack and they just threw random cookies in there. So they could give me whatever was left. The sandwiches were wrong both times for 2 sandwiches.
