Thr staff are very nice and helpful. Not necessarily all type of the food are great but I definitely recommend their Gyro sandwich and the Steak bytes. They are both super delicious and are worth the money.

Always love going to Arby’s. Broncoberry sauce with jalapeño poppers! Ruban! Cordon Bleu sandwich. What’s not to love. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my request. Really good people there.

30 min wait for them to come home to a incomplete order . The didn’t forget to charge me . This is the third time this has happened that’s like $45 dollars. And when I come back to straighten it out the lobby is closed and I have to sit in the drive through for another 30 min . Im never coming back.

This Arby’s location just opened. So, the lines are very long. Be prepared to wait. Our family and I finally just got a chance to get Arby’s since we haven’t had them in a long time. We went through the drive-thru, and once we finally got our meal. Looks like we paid for an extra sandwich. We didn’t even order. Disappointed we paid for something we didn’t want. I suggest a team member should repeat orders.

I was getting food In the drive through today and a a guy with curly hair, glasses and a mustache came up to the window to flip off a passing car right in front of me. This happened around 10pm tonight. He was also really short. The other guy that was tall was very nice and looked just as confused as I was. Just wanted to get my food, but got an unpleasant show as well. I’m not sure what was going on but definitely not appropriate for work and especially not in front of paying customers. He looked mad but you need to save your drama for outside of the workplace.

Slow, but accurate and they still use people to get orders instead of only a screen kiosk. They have app for those who opt for it, but personal touch is always good when done right.

I visit often and use the mobile app to order,unfortunately it seems to have issues and a few times I had to visit store and not get any membership deal. Tonight I went to our local store and talked with the manager on duty and was helped out..thanks

went to arby’s cause I was told they had a great fish sandwich, I went to the drive thru and ordered the classic fish meal with curly fries and a diet cola. Got to the park and took a bit of the sandwich and the fish was frozen!!!!!!!! the curly fries were horrible, probably from last night!! PLUS after all of that the server forgot my soda!!! NO i didn’t go back because of mileage to do it!! but I will NEVER go back to that place for lousy food and poor service!!
