Been to this location a few times and today was the last time. Food can be good but is very inconsistent. I’ve gotten subs with a single layer of meat. Online orders often aren’t toasted as requested. Today the poor employee was swimming in online orders he didn’t have time to take walk ups with no other employees working. I waited patiently as a walk up after he made mobile order after moblie order. A few people coming and leaving in line behind me. Finally after he began to prep for an online order of 5 subs, I excused myself. It’s not his fault. It ultimately falls on management or obvious lack there of.
Recommendations: when only one employee is working, either turn away walk ups or turn off online ordering until they catch up.

I’ve come a few times because it is close to work. Each time it is taken forever to get my sandwich made. This time I came in and not only was the lady behind the counter going super slow but there was two other employees doing absolutely nothing! Had to walk out! Subway has gone down over the years

I have been going to this Subway for about 4 1/2 yrs now. A week ago, we were in there and it was not a good experience. Besides the slowness of the employees, I can normally deal with that, I feel cleaniness has gone downhill at this store, not to mention the amount of flies all around the food, landing on it etc. I made a comment to my husband about the flies and the employee who was making someone else’s sandwich made a comment to the other employee about how busy they had been and that’s why so many flies in there because the door opening and closing. Like I said, I have been going to this location for years and I have never seen flies like this in that store. Obviously it’s an issue that needs to be addressed. Needless to say, I will not be back.

The lady that took care of me today on 4-1-24 I didn’t catch her name but she was fantastic! I felt bad she was working alone but she didn’t let it stop her from providing great customer service and making an amazing sub. The store was so clean as well and she was so kind!!
