Chicken was extremely over cooked. Decided to try again and same thing. I know other locations aren’t this bad but skip this one! Now the fried chicken livers are worth stopping for. Guy at the counter had ZERO personality and not friendly at all. Need better customer service there!

Today is 5/31/25 and 6:20pm. I went to this location and got all the way home and this is how my food looked. I called the location to tell them about it and asked for the manager and got some young guy on the phone who could care less. I told him that they needed to be mindful of what they are serving people. This is unacceptable he said ummm. I asked was he the manager tonight or the owner? He said owner but I doubt it. They could care less what they give you.

Open and check your box / order before leaving. I’ve been to this location 5-6 times and of that they have not included food twice that I paid for. Today I got home and was missing the 6 shrimp that were suppose to come with the 4 fried fish strips. It’s not an accident as I’ve seen others check their box before leaving. You don’t have to check that I paid you the right amount therefore I shouldn’t have to check that all my items I paid for were included. I will not be back as the food is hit or miss compared to the other locations.

pick up an order and leave the store for about 5 minutes. Came back in and said they gave him the wrong order. They immediately, without looking at it, gave it to another customer. How do they know it wasn’t touched, tampered with, or complete??? Not very good safe
