We literally just left after getting our food. The guys working tonight were super cool and friendly. I said I was really pregnant and wanted the 5 meat Italian. They made sure I got everything I wanted and then some. They didn’t skimp. I really really appreciated it!

The two employees that were working Sunday afternoon were very professional courtesy helping the customer place there orders. Thank you for hiring them they made the ordering process so smooth and the sandwich was awesome. I will be going back and recommending this place. Thank so much.

Terrible customer service from one of the young gentlemen there at the store… not the one with the long hair, but the other individual. As I was telling him my order, he made a face and with sarcasm in his voice he said “Of course mam….” Extremely rude. On one of the sandwiches he didn’t add all of the meatballs that go on the sandwich… instead he spoke to the other employee and said “We’re out of meatballs…” and throws the lid on the container…. Instead of him bringing out more or offering to get more from the back, he just left the sandwich as is… as you can tell from the photo that I attached. Very disappointed with this location….

Ordered a veggie sub. The worker put a tiny bit of lettuce and refused to add more saying she will get in trouble from management. IT’S A VEGGIE SUB! my order was just lettuce, cucumber and pickles. You can’t put $.05 of extra lettuce on a $8 veggie sub? Go to any other sub shop than Subway and actually get fresh ingredients for your money. The younger lady employee that checked me out had a terrible attitude as well. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Not worth it at this dump.

This makes me really sad to post because I’ve always had a good experience here. However, on Saturday when I went in after work I got two sandwiches. One for then and one for later that night. The first one was okay, I noticed the bacon wasn’t as crispy as normal but I still ate it, the second sandwhich that I had for dinner that night was horrid. The bacon wasn’t cooked (almost at all). I couldn’t even chew it. I thought it was the lunch meat because it was so pale in color. But nope it was completely raw bacon. I tried calling to speak with a manager but no one had answered. I won’t be returning sadly.
