The service is good. The food is good. The issue is the management, fully. Not even management. Ownership. The owners are the issue.

I’ve talked to the workers, and the reason they’re randomly closed and kind of open when they can be is because they don’t hire anyone, and expect who they do hire to be there forever.

The guy I spoke to once said he was working from open until close. Another girl said she was exhausted because how much they’d keep her there. They don’t get paid well. If they call in, nobody is there. They have like 3 people and expect those 3 people to be there for hours on hours, days on days. Nobody goes because they never know if it’s open or not.

They need to hire more or at least pay more. One of the other. Make it worth their time. But really they should do both. It’s sad a place would expect what’s usually a young kid to spend their entire day staying at a store alone. Unable to do anything. That’s poor business.

The food is always okay and they are always nice. But it’s so obvious they are exhausted, over worked, and under appreciated. If owners won’t come in and help out, they can’t question why their location struggles.

I’ve only been here twice, but this has been the best Subway experience I’ve had in the area. The young woman that helped me both times was very attentive and made my sandwich just the way I like. She also did it with a friendly attitude, which goes a long way. Thanks!

Usually this subway is just ok though often I put in an online order and it’s not ready when I arrive (past the pickup time). They also often overcharge for things and won’t pick up the phone. This last time though they added something creamy to my sandwich I didn’t order which has given me food poisoning. Needless to say, I don’t think I’m brave enough to venture back anytime soon.

Opens only when it feels like it. Seems the normal for Subways in my area. Understaffed doing online orders they can’t keep up with, making walk-ins wait long periods of time. Corporate: Instead of advertising all day things we can’t even order because it takes so long pay employees decent and give them better managers. You would make more $ in the long run. And stores would stay open

Ordered online and said it would be ready at 4:15. Get there at 4:20. Husband stands in line and worker tells him to wait on the side. Worker takes four people who came in after my husband did. Worker was ready to take a fifth person before we asked if we could have a refund after waiting over a half hour. Worker said he couldn’t refund us. Didn’t apologize nor care. Did not seem like he was going to attempt to do our order at all. Do not go to this location. Have given them multiple chances. This was our last.

Won’t be back. Walked in today, wasn’t greeted, but heard the groans from employees. A few minutes of them complaining that “it just doesn’t stop” and one of the workers got my order. The entire time, the one worker was complaining about working, giving extra time, and groaned when another customer came in. So uncomfortable.
