Spent a few days in Vernal. Hit the local craft breweries and then found this place. This was more my style. Quickly became my go to bar. Just a neighborhood bar where everybody seemed to know each other. Cool spot.

For how much I love the people here (eh… most) the bar is very inconsistent when it comes to karaoke. Last night the DJ just decided she wanted to quit early because she “pulled a double and was tired.” Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. Did she go home? Of course not. Just stood around talking. If you have to make an employee work a double to do karaoke, then you should hire extra help. They say karaoke goes from 8-11, which would be fine if their DJ actually showed up and was ready by 8 and not 9:30. The lateness of karaoke starting has been going on for at least 2 months now, but then employees want to complain when I mention going later. Oh no, it’s not their fault they are late. It’s the customers fault wanting to do karaoke past 11. Make it make sense. Also, may want to hire someone that actually wants to be there and have fun rather than people that don’t even like karaoke. I’m sure that had a lot to do with quitting early. I’d be embarrassed about my business if I was there last night. Oh and don’t voice your concerns to the employees. They’ll just yell at you and tell you you’re wrong.

Good staff, the staff is great for the most part. I have a few members I don’t care for, however its kept up well and kept as safe as possible. The staff are very watchful and good about being helpful, shout out to Chelsea though she’s the absolute best .

Soo it was exciting to think about 90s at the bar. So you enter hearing karaoke and someone singing songs from the 80s. DJ was not the best definitely no 90 tunes being played here on 90s night. Getting drinks was easy with little wait time so theres that. Space was not an issue either so hopefully they can learn to throw a real party. Hillbilly gone ciry bar for sure. Good luck

Nice local saloon with local clientele. Only food available is pizza, which we had and it was fine and a standard bar pizza. Good selection of tap beers that were very good and fresh. The clientele are very friendly and are great to talk to.

I love the gateway saloon. I moved to vernal recently and all of my friends meet up here. There’s friendly bartenders, a great dancing area, pool tables galore, and a great outdoor area with horse shoes and the occasional fire. It’s very relaxing and I love chatting with my friends here. I just wish I knew how to order an actual drink

I love this little bar its quite I have not yet to see any loud drunks in there, which I’m sure there is and has been I ts clean employees are great friently definitely recommend this bar of your looking for a little fun time with your friends or your loved one
