We made a last minute decision to eat here. We are super happy we did! The service is awesome. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor. The host/chef is incredible. He even brought some sauces for us to try. The guacamole, I have no words that tell just how amazing it was. We will definitely be eating here again!! The restaurant is clean and inviting, it made us feel at home. We ordered the steak and chicken fajitas, ribs, and tacos.

This was our 1st and LAST time coming here. We got pupusas revueltas, Yuca con chicharron, and horchata. Ordered online at 12:14 and didn’t receive our food until 1:05 when it was supposed to be ready by 12:30.. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years..it would’ve been nice to have been informed that there was going to be an hour wait. When we received our food, I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give us one because we ordered online? Whatever. When we opened the boxes of food, the yuca con chicharron came with cream…no curtido or salsa de tomate. The yuca was fried to the point where it was like trying to chew rubber. The chicharron was cooked through, but tasteless. Onto the pupusas revueltas: the filling was shredded in such large pieces and it was extremely SALTY. There was so much masa and it still didn’t tone down the saltiness. Not to mention a tiny cup of curtido and salsa de tomate for 3 medium sized pupusas? It wasnt even enough for 1 pupusa, smh. The horchata was so thick and chunky as if we got the bottom of the pitcher and it tasted like PLASTIC! I couldn’t even drink it..for almost $4 for a small cup, no thanks. Doesn’t deserve 1 star. I wish I checked the most recent reviews before we decided on this place. Smh. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere.

The service was fabulous. The food was delicious. The host made sure we was happy and everything was to our expectations. The place is very clean, family friendly. Enough space for many. They are rather new but man your food is the bomb. Definitely going again!!

We made a last minute decision to have Mexican tonight….being here on vacation, to the internet we go. I’m so thankful we found, the Crazy Mexican.

The good was amazing. Isaac kept checking to make sure, we were satisfied with our food. He even made some things for my honey to try. His passion for cooking/creating good food shines in every entree he prepares.
I cannot say enough , just how amazing everything was. We plan to stop in for breakfast on our way home. Can’t wait.
Oh, the cheesecake is a MUST. OMG, its like no cheesecake, I have ever had.

Wonderful authentic food. So much better than going to a chain or touristy restaurant. The manager was SUPER nice and accommodating. At first we weren’t sure about going in because they weren’t busy, but the manager made us feel very welcome and the food was fresh and delicious.

Superb authentic Mexican food. This isn’t your run of the mill Mexican restaurant. This place reminds me of the places you’d find in Arizona near the border, which I have missed so much. Instead of chips and salsa, they offer a soup that is really rich and flavorful. Their menu has something for everyone. The General Manager took time to explain the specials and that’s exactly what I got. Didn’t disappoint at all. Prices are extremely reasonable and honestly could be higher and I would still go out of my way to eat here. The location is clean and the decor is really unique. All employees genuinely were interested in giving us a welcoming experience. It’s a bit hidden from the main roads and easy to miss if you’re not looking but wow, what a great experience. True hidden gem! I highly recommend checking this place out on your vacation for a break from the mainstream typical tourist places and treat yourself to a great authentic meal, in a welcoming atmosphere, for a great value.

Great authentic Mexican food. The service is great (real Latino employees) and the food was excellent. I didn’t have to wait for the food and the portions are more than adequate. Absolutely a must place to stop by and eat.

We ate here after an afternoon outing to Huntington Beach State park on our way back to our campground. They recently opened a week ago.

The service was attentive and very friendly.

The food was delicious! As soon as we were seated we were given a bowl of soup. Our two kids devoured they respective bowls (and so did my wife and I).

We ordered the camarones en chipotle y crema, pollo a la mexicana, milanesa de pollo, and a side of guacamole.

The tortillas we super fresh. All the food was super fresh.

I ate the camarones and it had some pleasant flavor and heat!! Not too much but enough to make my mouth know it and nose and eyes slightly water.

The place was very clean and the personal touches added to the paint like the ceiling were creative and added great ambiance.

Despite losing their chef earlier this evening (apparently the person walked out mid shift) the GM stepped right in and worked the grill. Service was slower due to being short handed last minute. We didn’t notice a terrible delay in our food service
