Not exactly sure what time you open. Website says 7 am and there isn’t even an employee here at that time . Maybe they are late or maybe the website is wrong . Either way the issue needs to be resolved so people that go to the gym and them work can actually get what you offer . I guess Ill just get a gas station protein shake !

We have gone to this location multiple times and never had a problem. This last time we went 2 of the 3 drinks were made terrible. We always get the same thing so we know what it’s supposed to taste like. Ever since it took over new ownership, it’s not the same. I asked for a refund for the 2 drinks They said I had to do it on the app since I ordered it online. Nowhere on the app. Is there a refund request It said to call the store. I called again to let them know and they said no. I do not recommend going to this location. If I could give it zero Stars I would. Customer service is terrible, when I went in it was dirty.

I love smoothie king but Deeshita had the worst attitude and got my order wrong, shrugged her shoulders when what she gave me wasnt the right size that I ordered. And got upset when I asked for the right size. She refunded and recharged my card but never re-put in my rewards. The remade one tasted awful and not the same as always we threw it away. My fiancé laughed and said we should have just kept the wrong order it wouldve been better.

It was a good place as far as good smoothies. All fresh fruits and very good natural ingredients. Only thing I would like to see is the bananas be left in the peel before you use them because they got brown sitting in a pan.

I don’t know how anyone could give less than 5 stars. I’m a true foodie and am very picky. I’ve tried two different smoothies and they were both amazing. The workers/owners are incredibly pleasant and work fast and efficiently, while maintaining a very sanitary environment. I’m impressed.
