I want to start this off by saying, i’ve been craving Subway for 2 days before i went into this location and I will not be returning anytime soon. The girl behind the counter doesn’t know what she’s doing and I feel bad for her coworker. She needs more training before being put on the floor. My toppings are falling out of my sandwich and the mayo is smeared on top of the bread and on top of that it isn’t even wrapped properly. I was so excited for this sandwich and now i’m just nervous to eat this.

The time is 6:18 pm Tuesday the 16th and I have met the most unpleasant woman I tried to go into your establishment to order food and the very first thing she does is bark at me I work in the strip mall I would have made you guys one of my daily stops for lunching at least two or three times a week after hearing the mouth on that one I will never return to this location please do something about your employee thank you also this franchise breaks corporate policy on a daily basis by refusing to accept promotions and coupons I can’t wait until the corporation finds out about this and shuts these people down

Seriously disappointed. Website says this Subway opens at 8 AM. It’s almost 11, and still no sign of life. If you can’t keep your hours updated, how can I trust the freshness of your ingredients? Don’t bother coming here.

These must be franchise. No meat on the sandwich. Out of cups because of a supply shortage told it’s the customers problem and we have to pay for large now. We usually go to the one by Wendy’s up the road and will continue to do so, hopefully another owner. Waste of money here.

Ordered a tuna sandwhich on doordash and got a sandwhich with basically no tuna in it at all. If you’re out of tuna, call me and tell me and I’ll get something else.

I got there at 8:38 and the doors were locked and the woman shook her head at me and had the whole thing nearly cleaned out. I had no idea they closed earlier then the hours posted on days of no significance.

I liked this place a lot and ordered from them regularly off the subway app until I discovered this greedy owner pockets all of the tips for staff from the app. What an absolutely disgusting act to take from the sandwhich artists who work hard to keep your business open. Quite frankly it doesn’t surprise me because he also doesn’t allow ANY deals or promotions either. I would honestly rather flush my money down the toilet than give it to a business owner who does this.

I’ve been to this subway quite a few times and it is hands down by far the best Subway/sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The owner is so cool and caring and even offered me some encouraging words when i was down one day. I highly recommend this location on East bay even if you have to drive a little further. Everything is always fresh and he makes great sandwiches and is just an awesome guy in general.
