Sandwich was great. The cashier was so kind and helpful. However I had a to-go order and Grace didn’t bag my sandwich or bag my pickle. I’ve worked for Firehouse so I know the expectation. It wasn’t busy enough to fall short of those small tasks.
She did give me a bag after I asked.

I was very disappointed in my sub. I got the French tip which was a specialty item. There was very little meat and it was only placed halfway on the bread. There were only two people working, with one managing the cash register. The one making the sandwiches was very stressed. He had six orders that were waiting to be picked up Plus six people waiting in line. They need to have at least two more people on a Saturday night. I won’t go back

Their current Saturday deals are hard to beat! My favorite order is the brisket and cheese with BBQ sauce. Everytime I’ve had it, i regret ordering a larger size! Recently had the meatball sub and was worried it would be too messy but it was delicious and mess-free! One of my favorite sandwich spots

The customer service was good. The place was clean and the food tasted good however, it was nearly $18 for a half sandwich with a small fry and small fountain drink. The sandwich was very thin. There was no resemblance to the pictures on the menu. I feel cheated.

Food was wrong it took over 30 mins for 2 sandwiches and an order of fry’s.
Didn’t even look at the ticket for the food.
Got my name wrong.
Place was a mess.
Chip boxes everywhere.
Everyone in the place was waiting for food.
Door dash orders backed up our through the door.
They are definitely prioritizing DoorDash over the people in the place.
Luckily I don’t live near by so I don’t have to come back again.

Firehouse corp you need to get control of this location.
It seems all the recent reviews have been the same.

The staff is so friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Everyone smiles at you and thanks you for coming in. The food is delicious but the staff makes this location stand out

Sincerely , don’t buy sandwiches here. I bought 3 different type foot longs and they were bland with no sense of purpose but filling your stomach. It’s disappointing.

The counter space was filthy.
The service was horrendous.
Nobody behind the counter even spoke English.

The menu was the same and the food was great but this location specifically I would encourage people to avoid at all costs.
I had to repeat my order 4 times to the manager himself.
If your manager can’t even do their job correctly, then nobody trained under that manager can’t do theirs either.

Firehouse subs can do better.
This is by far the worst location I have ever visited and I will not ever be coming back

Firehouse . . . you have GOT to be kidding me! If you’re going to advertise something as the “Thanksgiving Turkey Sub,” with turkey, dressing, and cranberry sauce . . . and have a poster showing a big dollop of the cranberry sauce including whole cranberries, I expect that my sandwich will have cranberry sauce, and plenty of it. Nope. I literally had to look for it, and there wasn’t much to see. The tiniest of a little red smear on the top piece of bread. Not one bite with any distinctive cranberry taste, and not a single whole cranberry. And I tipped for that awful thing? I thought about complaining, but just didn’t want to do such a stereotypical “Karen” thing. But do yourself a favor and avoid Firehouse’s Thanksgiving Turkey Sub. It’s not as advertised and is a waste of both time and money. One star, and I think I’m done with Firehouse. And take that poster down too. That thing is false advertising.
