I order here at least twice a week, it used to be great until about a month ago. Lately the pepperoni on the pizza tastes old and has been giving us stomachaches. I also place my orders for curbside delivery and on the app the timer will start, they have a certain amount of time to bring the order out or you get a coupon for a free pizza. They stop the timer inside and then make you wait for the pizza. Technically you should get a free pizza but they are lying about giving the order out on time. The other day this happened again, I gave them an extra minute and then went inside. The lady was on her personal cell phone, didn’t acknowledge me, and I saw both of my pizza just sitting in the oven, done. 5 minutes later she asks me if I’m picking up, I said yes, she boxed up my order and basically threw it at me with an attitude. She stopped the timer about 30 seconds into me showing up and it the actual time it took was about 15 minutes longer. Super rude. Horrible
Location. I made a complaint online and a week later still haven’t got a response so that’s that.
Update: Ordered about $50 in pizza, every pie was not cut through and all the slices were sliced at the top totally uneven, there were giant slices and mini ones.
The pies with Alfredo sauce were more like Alfredo SOUP. There was so much sauce on here it was just rolling off, making it impossible to even cut the pizza correctly at home, it all fell apart and was disgusting. Even regular cheese pie isn’t cut the right way, this has been going on for so long, how does someone still care so little to cut pizza like this? A 4 year old could do a better job. ITS TIME TO GET A NEW PIZZA CUTTER!

Got it tonight and man it was bad, so bad we threw it away and had to order from a new place. They legit do not care about their product at this store. Pizza was nasty, the “Philly steak” is a joke….

Gross and dirty. Every time you go in the workers never have gloves on while preparing the food! It’s so gross! I’ve stood in there and have seen them wipe their hands on their dirty pants or apron, touching the counters, handling money etc.. and then continue preparing food. And on more than one occasion. Freaking nasty!

Always a good go to when we dont feel like spending 200 dollars on 2 pies these days. 5.99 meal deals are the best. 2wice a month we will so dominoes. Im a sucker for the Hawaiian style pizza. Kids love the pepperoni and garlic parm bites. Fast and easy pickup. Would recommend for something quick and easy.

Large order Friday 1/17/20. Delivered quickly however, pizza box crushed on top of Brooklyn style pizza so cheese was stuck to the box. Honestly, that’s not a big deal to me but what prompted this review is the undercooked pan pizza that was also ordered. I even tried to reheat/recook the pizza but still the dough in the middle was RAW. My wife tried giving the benefit of doubt asking if it was cheese but it was clearly soggy dough. Correct me if I’m wrong here but with pan pizza the dough must be cooked for a short while First, removed and then sauce/topping added. Clearly this did not happen and my pizza is inedible! Another issue was my greasy cheesy bread. I usually don’t write reviews or complain. I just take my business elsewhere but this experience was BAD and needs to be shared. I hope they use this to review to improve the quality of food delivered. Slow down; take pride in your work! Proper food prep trumps delivery speed any day; every day!

Ordered pizza last night. Always liked the app with the status of the delivery. But when they didn’t deliver it and I had to call. The. driver finally came and argued with me that it was delivered. Then he came back 5 minutes later to tell me he got the wrong house. So I had cold pizza. Why lie??? If your new own up to the mistake. Won’t be ordering again.

I made an order at 11.30 pm to my work place. I wrote special instructions since this happened before. I said “deliver to main door, if the doors are not opening call me”. I saw notification saying that my driver Daniel is pulling in. So I went to the door. I waited 5-6 mins. Than my notification changed to complete. I called the store. The person said he delivered my pizza to the nurse with blue uniform in the main lobby. I said I am by the main entrance lobby, we have no nurse with blue uniform (dress code) also I have been waiting here, nobody came. He said than someone stole my pizza and that is not something he can help but to cancel the order. While we are talking, I went to the back of the units (since it is happened before). I said your employee is lying because he left the pizza in the back part of the building where there is a sign you cannot enter without a badge. He left it on the cold concrete. I have to go out, get my car, drove around just to get a fresh cold pizza. When I said he is lying, he said “ma’am it is 12 o’clock “ . I can tolerate mistakes but I cannot tolerate ignorance and disrespect…

I dont usually order at Domino’s, but after seeing the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread advertised on both my tablet and TV, I was desiring it. So I stopped at this Dominos in Smithtown and ordered it. The employees were nice and even brought it out to my car so I wouldnt have to stand inside. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was big in size, but horrible. It was undercooked and flowing with cheese, if I’m lucky I only got about 4 slices of very thinly cut peppernoi inside. If you like cheese or your bread undercooked like this, you may enjoy it. I didnt like it and asked myself ,” Where’s the Pepperoni?”, It’s supposed to be pepperoni stuffed. Was this store low on pepperoni or running low in stock? Never again. I did not enjoy it.
