The manager doesn’t care that my order is wrong and refuses to compensate my order. This place used to be good now it’s just awful when the hire DoorDash drivers.The manager also called me ignorant because it’s my fault that I ordered and they don’t have enough drivers . Oh my bad!.I called multiple times and they put me on hold until they hung up on me. PROFESSIONAL! Great management….instead of admitting they messed up they came up with excuses and threatened to call the police on me for trying to get an answer. Then called me an ignorant customer. Wow! and the Grammy award goes to…..I also texted the dude whose order I got. 2 happy customers. GO PAPA JOHNS! Btw edge to edge cheese and sauce. Check out the photos. That’s like 2 and a half inches of crust so I’m not sure what the pap means by edge to edge. I’d rather pay for an edging by the John himself

Not the best pizza in the world, but it is fast prepared pizza and it’s good in a pinch. Will get pizza here when our favorite spot is closed. Definitely try the Shaqaroni!

Papa John’s was my favorite pizza 15 to 20 years ago. I dont know what happened. The crust is not the same. It used to be fluffy. I was excited to get this as I dont have one close to me. The pizza was tough and tasted like dry freezer. Apparently they must have sacrificed Quality to save cost. I hope they change back as it truly used to be my favorite.

Bad experience the other day. Went in for pick-up, saw an employee in the kitchen area eating a slice of pizza *over* my open pizza box. Another employee was yelling and cussing about who cares what. And they both handled my pizza without gloves. The place was also filthy. Never again.

Their drivers are a plague on the road and disregard basic traffic laws. The pizza is crappy and having a PJ in your city actively makes the neighborhood less safe.

Just ordered food from them. They left it on my doorstep did not ring the doorbell. My food completely cold. They’re also using cold dough so the food is not being made properly. They obviously cannot read because they don’t even put the correct sauces in. Call the store and the person that claimed that they were the manager had no resolution whatsoever could care less. Hung up on me. Said that they use cold dough because they don’t take enough out because it will go to waste I ordered food at 5:00 that’s dinner time. So that means everybody is getting food made with cold dough. This is not the first time that I have gotten food made this way. I will no longer be ordering from them. And there’s hair in my food

I had gone to my store in Concord to pick up my pizzas as I came to the counter the young gentleman heavy set and stature asked me my name turned around and started putting stickers on a box not telling me whether or not my food was ready maybe how long it was going to be apparently I showed up a little early and when I said something to him he said sarcastically oh I’m sorry I felt like an ass standing there looking at him and his partner while neither one of them would respond to me other than to originally asked me the name for the pizza. Don’t get me wrong I love Papa John’s the best pizza in the world to me however I won’t be going back to this story again.

Hadn’t had papa John’s pizza in years since living in Florida. Went into Concord NH location and ordered all the meats. The young lady working was very nice and hooked me up with a great amount of garlic butter sauce as I was talking about loving it. Very nice staff and pizza was delicious as well.

I have ordered from this particular Papa John’s for years and consistently gotten great pizza! There was only one time that for some reason the pepperoni was put underneath the cheese. Other than the pepperoni wasn’t crispy the pizza was still good. I love the Papa John’s pizza it’s been great across all the Papa John’s I have visited
