Doordasher came in to pick up a pizza the store was busy. The employee told the doordasher his pizza was in the oven. The orders came out but no pizza. They employee started off and told door dasher well we’re busy. So The employee WAS RUDE and lied. The washer REPORTED the store to door washer and 3 of us customers including the washer walked out . You lost 5 maybe 6 orders due to the rude employee. I am not going back

Ordered pizza for delivery and will not be ordering from this store again. Delivery was fast but pizza was stone cold. Crust extremely thin yet undercooked in center. Sauce had a metallic taste. Meat and vegetables appeared to have been tossed on after pizza had been baked because when one picked up a slice, everything fell off. Certainly not worth the $34 price tag.

Supreme Pizza with one meat, very little cheese and no pizza sauce! Cheese bread sticks uncut with no pizza sauce! 32.00 and I could have bought a better pizza from the freezer section at the grocery store!! I won’t be back!!!

We got Delievry. The pizza, wings, and bread sticks arrive and everything is cold and the wings are barely sauced. I called the store to speak to the manager and his first words is “i don’t see how” i explained i don’t see how either if you claim it was fresh. He asked us to bring the food back. I took it back and he said their wings only get one scoop of sauce now. Fine. Whatever. He proceeded to argue about the pizza, saying he doesn’t see how it was cold when the pizzas in the hot bags can be hot and fresh for up to a hour. Now I know that was a lie. While waiting for the food to be replaced. The manager was in the back cussing us out and over all being massively unprofessional. Not impressed with this store at all. I didn’t get any pictures because he took the food and threw it away. Even the wings that he claimed was properly made.

So, the store itself doesn’t get the review. In all honesty they make awesome pizza and the food is always great. My complaint is more with calling. I ordered on the app some food and had to fix my order. When i called the store and picked the option to edit my order, the lady who answered hung up on me. Twice. So I called again and asked for a manager. I explained I just wanted to edit my order. They told me they were a call center and would transfer me to the store. I stayed on hold for around 10 minutes. I had to call another pizza hut store and explain what was going on. If I knew the phone company’s name I’d LOVE to write this review for them. It’s not the store’s fault, but the call centers.

The Lake Ave, St. Joseph, MO Pizza Hut goes above and beyond on every single time! The pizza is always hot and fresh and made to order. They never skimp on the toppings and we have never had an issue with items being unavailable. That was often an issue with other locations we visited in the past. The customer service is stellar and you never have to question if you will be taken care of. When our pizza was a few minutes behind schedule, we were offered a discount on our future order. It wasn’t necessary but it was appreciated. Based on the positive attitude of every employee and the customer service provided I can only think management is making this a great place to work. Well done! Best Pizza Hut ever!

Dough doesn’t take cooked all the way through. Pizza was caked in oil. Chicken at first wasn’t delivered and then some of the chicken didn’t take cooked all the way.

Got the 2 med one topping pizzas for $7.99 each and they were like eating super dry cardboard. I realize they were a cheap special (I guess, not really sure) BUT I would still expect a quality product! At least I would want to put out a quality product, if it were me but that is not what we received.
