We were a little hesitant to checkout this location due to prior reviews. Agree the wait time was around 20-30 minutes but it was very busy both take-out and dine-in. I’d expect that type of wait time at other places too. Food was excellent, portion and price was very good. Would recommend others to go. Dine-in seating was ok, not a huge place but wings were tasty.

I first tried it a month ago and the chicken was not cooked fully so I tried again today and it was delivered through GrubHub. The food came cold as ice and the chicken was seasoned to much like they poured a whole bottle of lemon pepper season the meat and the seasoning on the fries, so I just paid $48 and had to throw it all away. I will never order there again. If I could give a 0 it would be.

This is my second time coming here, and not my first time experiencing issues. Went here with some friends and ordered for take out and got the Louisiana Rub chicken tenders, which is a dry rub. Chicken came swimming in grease with most of the seasoning washing off, and my fries did not come with the seasoning I ordered. My three other friends experienced the same issue with their order, threw most of our food away (minus the fries) as it was disguising.
On top of it, we received someone’s door dash order mixed in with the rest of ours. We didn’t notice until we got home, hopefully she got her correct order.

My fiancé and I ordered some wings and they had recently opened. We ordered online and had an additional wait once we went in to pick up our order, but this was to be expected since it’s brand new. The employees were doing their best as disgruntled customers hurled insults at them. It is true, though, that the employees were not wearing gloves.
The food was alright and I know they will continue to get better as they work out their system in a new store. We will be back when the lines aren’t as long!

Ordered online and my order was ready as soon as I arrived at the estimated time. There wasn’t a cashier, but a kitchen staff member did acknowledge those of us who were waiting. The boneless chicken wings were delicious and crispy. I would rate 5 stars, but I got the voodoo fries, asked for them extra crispy/well done and they were not.

As somebody who loves wingstop, has eaten it for years, and had this specific location multiple times, I can 100% say this location has improved as far as order accuracy, food quality, wait times, etc. Makes me sad seeing the ratings from long ago affect the location. I understand they may still have issues but I know somebody who worked there when they opened and I dont think the customers understand the quantity the employees were working with, they literally broke records with this store opening!! The wait times are far more accurate and for me the best service/food quality I get is when i order online, and get there about 15-20 minutes after or about whenever the order time is! I think the workers and restaurant deserve their acknowledgement for the hard work they’ve continued to put in despite difficult conditions! Had two nights ago for dinner and was hands down some of the best wings and fries ive ever had from wingstop! just wanted to take the time to give a lil review !

So we were super excited to try wing stop for the first time. We waited a half hour for our order (which we understood because it was decently busy) only to find out that someone else had taken our order. While they were remaking our food another customer came in with a bag of wing that was leaking grease all over her feet the floor and counter..it was like they took them out of the fryer and put them straight into the box.. the gal working tonight cited she’d remake them and that they wouldn’t turn out like that with her doing the order… in the mean time she’s bagging our order and my fiancé grabs the bag and what do ya know… the bottom of our bag is already greasy! We took all the food out and wiped everything down and got a new bag ourselves… she put one of our wing orders in sideways and it leaked everywhere. So disappointing…. Fries are okay.

First of all, I would like to say the service was great. The food was great. What was very upsetting to me was walking into the restaurant late night 03/07 and seeing one very stressed, teen employee dealing with so many orders and so many rude people by himself. He was extremely apologetic and kind even while dealing with so much by himself. hope adequate staffing is done in the future!

Ordered a bunch of food the other night with my friends. I myself ordered the sweet Hawaiian wings and large fries with two ranch. When we got the food home I didn’t have my fries or ranch and they gave me habanero wings instead of sweet Hawaiian. Went back the next day to get them to remake it. They remade it for me but it took about 3 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was at the counter. A worker finally said that someone would be with me shortly and I still had to wait a few more minutes. And even when they remade the food it took about a half hour even tho it wasn’t terribly busy in there. I usually never make reviews but this time I had too. Great food and I’ll give them credit that they did remake it and they remade it right but it’s probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in the food industry.

I ordered 40 bonelessp and 10 pieces of corn that came to a total of $54.44. I asked for it to be well done. I get all the way home. Come to find out the boneless chicken are not even done. Poor quality shut this place down I will not recommend this place to no one. You will not get a refund. Your food is always halfway done. You have a low score for me
