I ordered pizza to pickup.
The two young ladies at the front were very nice and my order was ready when I arrived.
My complaint is the pizza.
What is with the lack of cheese? There was only a thin layer of cheese in the center. The 2 or so inches from the edge had no cheese. For price it was very lacking. I guess I will drive over to Edina or St Paul in the future. These areas do not skimp on ingredients.

Our food was great! It was the service. It was between 12:30-1:30 on Wednesday. We were greeted by two gentlemen and that was all great. Fell downhill fast. After the food was brought there was zero attention. Set the scene… one gal serving behind the bar. Two regulars sitting there and just our party in a booth… aka it was not busy at all. Literally five of us in the whole place. She never came to the table. I had to go up to the bar to ask for hot sauce for our food. Noticed she was too busy counting thousands of dollars on the bar counter top (in front of customers and gross… how dirty), and doing something with all the pull tabs. No wonder she couldn’t leave the bar to wait on patrons! Who leaves cash and pull tabs on the bar… right? Well, had to go up again and offer to pay, and get a “to-go” box. Worst customer service I can remember experiencing. Never did see the two kind gentleman again. Hmmm…

We give this place chance after chance and end up disappointed in the service each time. Tonight our appetizer arrived after the meal and we waited for 28 minutes from the time we were done eating. Finally I had my daughter go to the bartender and ask for to go boxes. The waitress finally got the hint and showed up with the check. No apology though.

Hi there,
I wanted to share some feedback about my experience today. I called around 3:30 to ask whether reservations were needed for Tuesday bingo and was told, very directly, that you do not take reservations and that seating is strictly first-come, first-served. That was fine with me.

When I arrived, though, every single table, including bar-top spots, had reservation tags on them. When I asked about it, the staff wasn’t sure and mentioned that “some are for diners and some are for bingo,” which completely contradicts the information I was given over the phone.

I also want to reiterate something important: if simply saying I was dining would have allowed me to reserve a spot, then that needs to be communicated clearly. Otherwise it feels like two different sets of rules are being used depending on who calls or who shows up. And if diners are reserving tables but not actually playing bingo, that’s frustrating for people who arrive early with the intention of participating. I would have just made a dinner reservation if that was actually an option, but based on the tone of the person I spoke with, who sounded annoyed, I honestly doubt that would have been allowed either.

I’ve also been there before when multiple reservation tags sat untouched because the parties never showed. That means paying customers are turned away while empty “reserved” seats sit unused. That’s a loss of business and creates a negative experience for people who genuinely want to come in and support your establishment.

I’ve enjoyed coming in the past, but after today’s mixed messages and inconsistent policies, I don’t feel comfortable returning. My future bingo nights will be spent at a kind, consistent, and welcoming establishment, for anyone wondering, Detour 19 in Loretto has bingo every Tuesday and Thursday with better lighting, ambiance, and overall experience. They were shocked to hear about this experience.

I hope you’ll consider this feedback seriously, because clear, fair seating rules would go a long way in keeping your regulars coming back.

Thank you for your time.

A never returning customer

Some drunk guy was insulting a family member of mine and the manager not only did nothing about it, she essentially backed this condescending drunkard insulting my family member until we left. Don’t recommend that atmosphere it was pretty disgraceful by the bartender/manager. Thanks.

the kids wanted Pizza Ranch but we were a bit too far away to make that happen. This was the closest pizza place to us at the moment and since i had a decent experience in St. Paul with one of these restaurants we decided to come here for dinner. it was a nice night so we sat outside. Our waitress was prompt with the drink orders and appetizer of wings. Though a little spicy the buffalo bone in wings were very tasty. the kids were getting a little restless so it was nice to have the coloring pages and crayons to keep them semi occupied. i have their version of a meatlovers pizza and it was very good. my only critique on the standard thin crust pizza is that the cheese and toppings wouldn’t stick to the crust very well so i ended up eating each piece like a taco. Everyone else had pretty good things to say about their food too. a little out of the way to come here on a regular basis but if we were in the area we would stop by again.
