Spacious coffee shop with a cozy vibe. There’s also outdoor seating available for smokers. It’s located in a plaza with plenty of parking, so it’s very convenient for meeting up with a large group of friends or family. The menu has lots of options to suit everyone’s taste. Service is super fast, and the staff always checks in to make sure we have everything we need.

This is a decent place to eat. Good food, friendly staff. Just don’t order a regular Americano with cream and sugar, they don’t know what creamer is. For a place called The Coffee Factory that was a big surprise. Even so this is a very good place to eat.

Coffee Factory has been a family favorite for Coffee and Banh Mi since I was a kid!
They offer delicious Vietnamese Coffee (Cafe Sua Da- add whip cream!), Banh Mi (I always order the Charbroiled Pork), and so much more.
They open at 7 am and are generally busy throughout the day. Great place to socialize, enjoy a solo meal, take a date, or just grab an order to-go.

The place is clean, nice decoration, the service is ok and friendly. I ordered vietnamese ice coffee and Hu tieu quanh thanh. The coffee was fresh make and strong. Hu tieu quanh thanh was ok.
