Stopped here one day while going to orams bakery. Decided to try it, and was it good. Had an excellent crust a very nice sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese.but the best part was the pepperoni, small pieces that cuppled up and held the grease in them. I love that,you almost never see it anymore, with the exception of hungry howies. I have yet to have a bad pizza from them. Talked to the manager and he was nice & polite. Of all the franchise pizza shops I visited, there are 2 that stand out. Vocelli’s in Beaver falls and hungry howies in alliance. I highly recommend trying vocelli’s pizza out,you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered online and the app told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. So I got down there in 25 minutes. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to notice me standing there I got told it would be another 25 minutes cause it hadn’t been started. So I waited and after 25 minutes the manager lady told me it would be 10 minutes and she would start it. So I waited 10 minutes and she walked away and avoided me. So I yelled for one of the guys and asked if my food was ready. He said there was still 3 orders b4 mine, b4 it can even be started. I wasted an hr waiting and it still wasn’t started. This isn’t the first time I had this experience here. I will not go back and after all this I was never even offered any coupons or free food or anything.

Food pretty good but didn’t get everything i ordered and sadly not the first time. For possibly the first time ever I did get the side sauces I ordered but they shorted me a wing in my dozen. Just saying you should get what u pay 4 and every single time I order here something is forgotten. Last time. They forgot the chicken in the chicken alfredo. Cmon now not ok.

This is only my second time ordering here, the first time was bad, not near as bad as today. I ordered online, and paid. There are no text updates, aside from “your order has been received”. I went in, stood around for about two minutes before being acknowledged. 4 people in the kitchen. One guys pops up, asked if I could be helped. Told them I ordered online. He told the other three stoners, front counter. Probably another 2 minutes pass, in the meantime two guys were talking to the original acknowledger, talking about deliveries, and not getting tips. At the same window. I then asked the guy, “Can I get my pizza!??” He said it needed paid for. I told him I paid online, he looked at the receipt, and brought me the pizza.
So, the atmosphere is of a run down inner city Greyhound station. No dining, thankfully. The pizza wasn’t bad. The customer service was ridiculous. I’m sure 75% were under the influence. Anyone who says the customer service was great, are friends or relatives. It was a joke.

Shout out to the team and managment at this location. They noticed that they sent part of our delivery order incorrect and sent someone out with the correct order. We didnt even call to complain or tell them as I liked what they sent anyway so wasnt a huge deal to us. Point is you dont see that everyday for sure!

Our Favorite Vocellis place – only thing that is a shame is the price anymore. Too expensive without a coupon, but even with a coupon it’s steep for a video of the road pizza.

Awhile ago I had a very negative experience with food and staff with this place, however, decided to give it a try again and the last three times I’ve ordered the food has been very good, staff has been friendly and I’m glad to change my review from 1 to 5 stars. Vocelli is my favorite pizza chain and I’m very glad this particular restaurant has improved.

I was very pleased with my experience at this Vocelli pizza. I had a buy one, get one free sub coupon, so I got 2 subs and Vocelli rolls and my total was $30, but with coupon, it came down to $20. I called and placed my order and the person who took my order did an excellent job making sure everything was accurate. Upon arrival, it was ready when quoted and when I got home, everything had been made with all adjustments correctly and it was hot and delicious!
