Alona, gave us a warm and friendly greeting. Alona also prepared our sandwiches, was very personable and efficient. She made our experience quite pleasant. The sandwich prep area was very clean and neat as well as the rest of the store. We highly recommend this location. When we got home, the food was fresh and delicious!!!

This place makes me question the term “fast food.” There was one employee working here with no sense of urgency. He was taking five minutes to make each sandwich. Had to leave after realizing it would be at least 20 more minutes until eating (after already waiting 20). I went to Safeway across the street and a kind man at the deli whipped me up a delicious sandwich in less than a minute.

After many years, this Subway location has become my personal favorite. True sandwich “artists” and a happy staff. I stress happy staff, because so many locations have staff who would rather be somewhere else. Lona, Hunter, Cole and all are excellent in professionalism and the food is pure quality!

Is making sandwiches that YOURE PAID TO MAKE so hard???? I even wrote a nice note yet my sandwiches and half my order didn’t arrive. The CHICKEN BACON SANDWICH WAS MISSING THE BACON, MY SWEET ONION TERIYAKI HAD AN ONION CUT THE SAME SIZE AS THE CHICKEN???? I HAD NO SAUCES THAT CAME AND THE BREAD WASNT EVEN TOASTED. 2nd time I’ve ordered pickup here in the evening and 2nd time the sandwich is terrible. (Basically no sauce and every veggie super skimpy- 5 leaves of spinach anyone?) Every item I asked extra of I got a ridiculous low amount of (Extra olives? How about 4 olives. Extra onions? How about two slivers. Extra sauce? How about barely any sauce). The person that works here either hates their job or management gives instructions that make it seem like they hate their customers. I order veggie sandwiches, so hardly any veggies is crazy work.

Honestly, the best subway i’ve been to. The customer service was impeccable and the food was just as good. Jordan and Ashe served me and they were so sweet and made sure my sandwich was exactly to my liking. Would definitely come here again.

I Order two sandwiches and I picked it up curbside got home. I usually only really get sauce and meat cheese bread, but olives and pickles are usually what makes my Sandwich, I got home and it was bread, some meat, barely any cheese and that was it. There was a handwritten note that said out of pickles Olives and mayo sorry mind you this was curbside and no one said anything to me. I’ve tried contacting absolutely anyone. No one will get a hold of me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t think I will ever be going back to the subway might as well not go to any subway.

Ordered 2 sprites and yep the bags in the machine need to be filled $6 wasted.
Ordered meatball sub with lettace, tomatoes, and olives. No lettace and mabey 5 olives. I order extra of both. My sandwich looked like someone strangled it. Seriously, you dont need to play with my food.
My husband’s sandwich was missing ingredients also, and the bread was not cooked properly.
Im done. I’m never eating here again.
The husband is taking drinks back, so I wasted gas money now, too.

I typically don’t like writing bad reviews but I felt the need to write one for this subway.
I had gone to subway after work around 4:10 on January 22nd and I was greeted as I walked in. The person who helped me was very blunt and was kinda just going about like they didn’t want to be there. I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese and other vegetables. The main part why I’m upset is that this individual did not spread the turkey evenly (it was literally just a clump of meat) and put it directly in the middle of the sandwich. She then did the same thing with the veggies and mayo (it was all just in the middle imof the bread). I didn’t want to be disrespectful so I left. I went to eat my sandwich and like 6 bites in I’m only tasting the bread. I think this person respectfully should have more training on making sandwiches .
