Service and Atmosphere: 4 Stars
The staff, including both the bakers and cashier, were friendly. The bakery itself is clean, well-organized, and has a charming atmosphere. However, I did notice that some items were missing price labels, which made it a bit inconvenient when deciding what to purchase.

Product: 3 Stars
The bakery offers a wide range of options, but unfortunately, the quality was inconsistent. The plain ensaymada from the display case was stale, though it did have some flavor. The suman cassava was bland and lacked depth of taste. The most disappointing was the cream cheese ensaymada—out of the three I purchased, each had raw dough throughout the entire bottom and sides. To make matters worse, paper wrap and a red label from the plastic wrap had stick into the bread, rendering it inedible. The coconut topping was too roasted.

That said, not everything was a miss. The top portion of the cream cheese ensaymada was flavorful, though it only made up a small portion of the product. On the positive side, the kutsinta, puto, hopia, and pan de coco were excellent—both fully baked, well-balanced in flavor, and enjoyable.

Overall Impression
While this bakery clearly has the potential to deliver high-quality products, it’s concerning to see underbaked items being sold. With more consistency and attention to detail, this could be an outstanding spot. I would return for the kutsinta, puto, hopia, and pan de coco, but I hope improvements are made to ensure the rest of the menu meets the same standard.

Pricing: 12 items for $62.49

Watch out for this place. We bought ensaymadas and ALL of them had mold in it. I also saw one of the reviews saying they sold an expired pastry…this might be a trend and they need to get inspected.

Everytime I go to seafood city. I always stop by here to get some filipino deserts.Yesterday we bought cassava, puto ,pitchi pitchi pandesal and bibingka . I don’t know how old it is but they taste old. Pitchi pitchi is bad taste horrible. Sorry but I’m not coming back again.

So many cool looking treats, desserts and breads. We ordered a few things to try a variety. The cheese roll was soft and delicious – would definitely buy again. As for the chicken empanadas….very disappointing. They have a tough dough/pastry which was really thick and the filling was very sweet and peppery with chicken and carrots…quite odd. As for ordering, we got some other items and when we checked our bag…what we we asked for wasn’t what we got 🙁

They also tried to charge the people in front of us $56 when their real total was $27. That was also sketch. Fun place to visit but buyer beware.

We bought bread on September 20th, but it had already expired on September 19th. They don’t clean their shelves and are selling expired products. Very disappointing!

Price went up a bit compared with before pandemic, which is reasonable. Still one of my best bakery stores in Seattle area, delicious selection of Filipino sweets and deserts

I tend to buy extras when coming here so please make sure you have a plan or you can say goodbye to your retirement plan. The leche flan, pandesal and cheese bulilit are my go to’s but the Carioca is so yummy and chewy that you have to try it to believe. Can’t forget about the refrigerated section cause they have nilupak and siopao there. There’s other desserts too so you can try a bit of Philippines here in Seattle

Lots of different breads that you can buy. I love buying their Chicken Empanada but this time I was disappointed, finding a very sharp chicken bone. I’m still going back to buy breads but have to stay away of the empanadas.
Service is not bad at all.
