Reallllly good sausage, egg & cheese taco! Salsa seems homemade and is delicious! Ham and cheese croissant melted in mouth ! ( could’ve had more cheese)

I love this place. Good memories of my father-in-law, Ivan Wayne Theus, bringing home a dozen donuts to my kids 20 years ago. I often just come here, sit indoors and have a cuppa coffee. I love that the coffee is great, and they also offer it in a ceramic mug.

The service here was absolute trash. The woman at the counter had the kind of short, snappy attitude that makes you wonder why she even works with customers. Our order came out to $12.21 on the register screen, but the second she switched over to the handheld card terminal, she mysteriously typed in $13.21. When I politely went back in and asked if I could add another donut by giving her an extra 50 cents, she immediately shut me down with two completely made-up excuses, then walked off like she couldn’t be bothered.
Between the shady upcharge, the attitude, and the refusal to fix a simple request, this place is a joke. Do yourself a favor: skip the stale donuts and the scammy service. There are plenty of shops that actually know how to treat customers with honesty and respect.

First bite makes my eyes roll back and leaves myself questioning, how I didn’t know about these years ago. So good. The ham, cheese croissant, with egg are also good. Made fresh from scratch in house. Clean, welcoming family and friend atmosphere.

This business charges extra if you want to pay with a card of any kind debt or credit card regardless of the amount you spend. If you want to spend more money on food that has sat out and then gets put in a microwave be their guest. It’s pretty unacceptable to charge a transaction fee when you spend 30$ to 40$ PER visit especially since the business owner is going to write off the fee from merchant on their taxes. If your raising your price just raise your price dont bleed more money from your customers who have supported you. Most of us don’t carry cash.

Yall I’ve gained so much weight working at the Donut Palace. Their Donuts and kolaches are amazing. We the staff love to joke and cut up with guest. The owners aren’t afraid of diving in and getting the job done. We all work hard to make sure our guest are completely satisfied. All in all I love this place and my new friends. Yall come on down if you haven’t already and give your mouth a little staycation right here in Silsbee.
