If I could give this 1000 stars I would! We absolutely missed having cocktails here and were so glad to hear that they reopened after covid with food even! The pretzels from the Knot Spot are beyond amazing. The drinks are to die for. My old fashioned was the best that I have ever had. The food was delicious, limited menu but perfected. We haven’t even left and I thinking about when I can come back!

Wanted to check out this space again after re-opening. Spoiler: it delivers. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, the drinks are unique, memorable but also recognizable. And the food – you guys. Such an awesome place to grab a cocktail and some great food! The vibe is super cool, you can actually see the distillery while you eat, which makes it extra fun. We sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing, super friendly and spot-on with drink and food suggestions. I’m 100% coming back for that Pretzel with Cheese and Mustard Dip (sooo good!). Big shoutout to the owners who sat next to us, it was a blast chatting and hearing more about your distillery.

Coppercraft, aka Craft Co, has reopened! Staff is really great, and the team is focused on delivering small batch, handcrafted drinks and meals. Glad they’ve reopened and were cheering them on to keep growing and delivering more great cocktails and delicious food in the near future!

First visit here and exceeded our expectations! Tried a few of their cocktails and was blown away by the artistry in them. Quality ingredients and well balanced mixtures show that they know how to craft a good cocktail. Also was offered a vegetarian version of their charcuterie board. Thanks so much for that. Can’t wait to stop in the next time we’re in Holland.

After walking (not tiptoeing) through the Tulips we stopped for a bite at Collpercraft.
The bad news was that they did not serve food any longer, but you can bring food into the tasting room – we had non so we went to another place for food. The good news is that we came back with full stomachs to taste several good bourbons, a couple of rye whiskeys, and cocktails and our husbands joined us.
Great place, with excellent service, and good drinks. You can get as much or as little involved in the history, making, and tasting of their products.

Okay let’s talk about the new CopperCraft and it’s food!!! Drinks = solid, atmosphere= amazing!!! But the food, LFG!
Honestly I contemplated not making this review because once this secret is out, there’s no putting it back in to the box!

Very cool building. Had a new girl and she seemed fuzzy on the history, but she was fun and really tried. The people who worked there for years really need their stuff though. The spirits were very tasty and priced low to high.
