I asked for a remake or refund. Instead of assistance, the manager spoke to me in a rude and demeaning manner and refused to resolve the issue, despite clear visual evidence that the pizza was improperly made.( They literally drowned the whole pizza in Alfredo sauce ) I also could not help but feel that I was treated differently and unfairly, raising serious concerns for me about possible racial bias in how the situation was handled.

I learned something today. If you call and ask if they are out of sauce, they will remake it and drown your pizza out of spite. I’m glad they eventually fixed the situation, but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure when I’ll come back.

I placed an online order pizza was missing a topping & i ordered tots no garlic sauce. It had garlic sauce. Everytime I order tots, no garlic sauce I get garlic sauce.

I tried them again, don’t judge we have limited food options in Beebe. Again they messed up. Pasta was supposed to have spinach&diced tomatoes, what i got was black olives, ham, Italian sausage & pepperoni. Smh. Either management don’t care or never check any reviews.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. While I understand food business can be stressful and rushes happen, my experience today is unacceptable. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for One large pizza, half pepperoni, half buffalo chicken. I checked multiple times, the first time being told twenty minutes after I had already waited the estimated 20 mins by the app. I was then told by a different employee that it was a gonna be another 15-20 mins on the pizza and that it was third on the screen. Since I had already paid for the pizza I went to park one last time and then received my food. I opened the box only to find that the pepperoni was burnt, there was barely any sauce, the crust was burnt with air pockets, and they put buffalo sauce on all of the pizza and not just the buffalo chicken side. This experience was unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed.

Sorry service. Order 3 pizza’s and a salad. got everything we order. The problem is pizza was half cold and when the wife opened the salad had purple and brown lettuce all through it along with alittle slimey so i call them 3 times and no one answeres the phone at all. So instead of waiting any longer i drove up there to show them as i walked in everybody leaning on the counters and prep area with cheese and toppings all over. The guy comes up and asking if issue after exsplaining he finally went to get one to bring one back that just came off truck that exspires in 4 days it looked alot better than the first one with no brown lettuce or slime. I think i’ll just recommend pizza hut or little ceasars to everyone so they at least get service and food not spoiled

The shittest pizza i have ever ordered first nite pizza had hot peppers on it that was not ordered tonite we asked for lite sauce on our 2 pizzas what we got was so much sauce toppings would not stay on pizza every bite was almost I all sauce its back to pizza hut for us

Incredibly slow, said it would be ready by 5:30. Sitting here 5:50 and still waiting. It’s not busy. Knocked on drive through window 5 minutes thinking they forgot us but they won’t open the window. Ridiculous.
