The service was terrible even for a fast food restaurant. I had to repeat my entire order because whoever was taking the order wasn’t near their console when they asked for my order the first time. Terribly long wait in the drive through line, I had waited there for so long the frozen drink that I had order had melted completely by the time they brought my food out and when asked if I could get another one I was told that wasn’t an option. This is also not the first time I’ve had issues at this location they need serious management help.

The big sign out front has an ad 3.00 for a croissant and hash brown. They would not honor this or the French toast sticks 3 sticks for 2.00 and they said they could not change the sign because no one knew how. This is false advertising!! Yes I have the pictures to prove it if you would like them.

Man when my husband told me that they wouldn’t serve him a milkshake because “it was cleaned up for the night” I had to laugh honestly it’s hilarious. So yesterday we had placed an online order. We went through the drive through, being made to pull up, which was reasonable, considering it was a larger order. However, what was not reasonable was that they had left out half our food, as well as our three drinks. When we went back in to get the food, they didn’t put the rest of our food in, so we had to go back in to get it. After we got home, they had added no changes to the specific orders we had placed. Usually they give us our full order, but I would suggest that they actually read what we ordered.

The employees were so kind and patient. We had a big order. There was a miss commination. It was on both sides. They were so kind in helping us with all of this! I really can’t express how patient they were and got our food out very quickly, even with the miss commination.

Placed a mobile order, got to Burger King one customer was being waited on. They came over the intercom that it would be just a moment. The customer beside me drove on. No one came to take my order, another car drove up, got their order taken and pulled forward. Then ANOTHER! Had to call the store to let them know I had a mobile order and had been waiting at least 15 mins.

The service and atmosphere here is really great! The food is 10/10 every time I go. The manager of the store is the sweetest lady and has the best, friendliest staff here local. If you wanna get some good, fast food, HIGHLY recommend this BK. will be back again and again!
