Visited here for the first time. The bowl
was delicious. The service was great. The guy at the counter was very helpful and I was able to get five dollars off the first meal for joining their club. I would definitely return back here and try other salads.

The kid’s mini mezze arrived (delivery via Door Dash) with the equivalent of about 3 tortilla chips completely crumbled and mixed in with the cucumbers and chicken. I have a hard time believing this happened to the chips en route to my house and am pretty sure they put them into the container like this because it’s a “kids” meal. Not kid or mom approved!

Pretty poor experience overall. Paid $16 for this bowl and it had such weak flavor. The sauces were ok at best, and the salmon portion was sad.

They also ran out of avocado and just didn’t say anything (online order), so I missed out on that… I have heard good things about other items, so I might try them out again, but I wouldn’t recommend this dish.

EDIT:

SG reached out to me and gave me a $12 credit to use on another meal. I applied it to a crispy rice bowl, and it was fantastic. I placed the order on the app and it was ready to pick up within 15min, then I went home and thoroughly enjoyed it. I still stand by my review of the salmon bowl, but the crispy rice was truly great. All of the ingredients went together well, as I do enjoy a nice crunch and change of texture in my meals.

I am going to bump my original 2 star to a four based on the customer service, timeliness, ease of use (app), and that crispy rice bowl. Thank you!

I love the food here, but the last two times I have gone there, the same woman has “checked” me out and finished my bowl and she rushes so quickly that half of the things that are supposed to go into my bowl are spilling out. She asks questions but doesn’t even listen to the answers (Ex: do you want bread? me: yes! and then proceeds to slam my lid on and I dont get any bread and I dont notice because I am getting my card out to pay). I paid $18 with tip for a salad… I should at least get bread? Nice service?

I ordered salads and drinks for five of my doctors that I call on and it was a joke. I got there a little before 11 AM and the food wasn’t ready until 11:20 AM and they put it in one bag. Salads were pouring over they threw in four bottles of water, literally all over the place. Everybody was crabby. No one would acknowledge me for over 15 minutes, they said their system was down or wasn’t working. Either way you should acknowledge your customer and I was late for my meeting because of these salads. I don’t understand why after ordering these last night ahead of time they were not ready to be fulfilled. I will never come back to this restaurant.

Ordered a Miso Salmon Bowl + another dish via Uber Eats to a nearby location from the restaurant. I was disappointed to see that the Salmon was missing from the bowl, which was the main reason for ordering the dish. All I got was a miserable bit of rice, avocado, onions, and cucumber. I sent a complaint to Uber Eats, but no response until now. Later in the evening I walked by Sweetgreen on my way home and stopped by to complain about my order. I was still hungry and I thought the least they could do is to give me a piece of salmon to take away. I showed them my receipt and a picture of my meal. Their response was “Oh yeah, we haven’t had salmon all day and that’s why it’s show in the receipt with extra basmati rice.” If that was with extra rice I wonder what is a single portion, and do they really think extra rice is a good substitute for a salmon? Then they said “Oh there is code 86 meaning we are out of the item.” “So?” I said (there was no code anywhere in my receipt) “Oh, if you order using the Sweetgreen app, it will tell you at the end if we don’t have the item.” “Well, I used Uber Eats, and usually Uber Eats doesn’t even let you choose an item that’s not available, and this one was available.” “Oh, sorry there is nothing we can do, but the manager will be here tomorrow if you want to talk to him.” That’s just about how the conversation went, they never offered to make things right by offering a free salad or credit for next order or something, just told me to contact the third-party app (Uber Eats). If they had tried to make things right, I would probably give them at least a 4-review, the food seemed fresh, although the portion was tiny for the price. I’m not planning to go talk to the manager about this order, easier to simply avoid this place. I see many other reviews with similar problems, and wish I had read them before ordering. This is my first review on Google by the way, and it’s because of the failure to make things right by the staff.

Service is speedy, but the food leaves much to be desired. I’ve been here 3x, and the food has been mediocre at best. I appreciate that it’s fast, friendly, and a nice atmosphere, but overall not worth it. If you want a good salad downtown, head to Green & The Grain!

So this is my first time ordering sweet green I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad for myself and the little harvest. For my kid. I open up my container and the first thing I see is a hair on top of one of my salad dressings. I pick it off and move on. As I remove the very salad dressing that had the hair on it, there’s a huge hair underneath. Disgusted and disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel right now. Like, I I was looking forward to this salad and now I’ll never try to eat here again.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time (Shroomami bowl). Not only was my food completely cold despite a fast delivery time, but they forgot to add the wild rice and basil. Feels like a rip-off considering the price…would definitely avoid doing delivery from this place in the future.

First time at a sweetgreen, as I informed the sleepy employee. She told me what was extra at the toppings area (second half) but not at the start. My total ended up $20.61, fine. She gestures at the bowl like (its done). I ask for a bag because I want it to go, forgetting entirely about a receipt and scanning for rewards points. I should have been more prepared. Food was still quite good.
