Absolutely loved my pizza! Their hot honey drizzle is amazing! The atmosphere is super friendly and helpful! Z helped me with my order both times I went. She also paid close attention to details on my orders. I enjoyed my experience and will be back soon to try more options

I ordered over an hour ago with a pick up time of 4:45…it’s 5:24 and my order still is not ready. When I asked why was no type of delayed update communicated to me, I was told “I can refund your money.”
This location does not allow customers to enter into the establishment. I waited outside in the hot sun for 30 minutes for an order that should’ve been ready 15 minutes prior to my arrival. That’s 45 minutes delayed without considering that placed my order before around 4 PM. I did not think to check my food before leaving. The garlic parmesan bread is BURNT. It’s harder than the cardboard boxed that it was packaged in. I haven’t looked at the pizza yet.
The service, lack of accountability, and poor quality confirms that I’ll likely never use this location again. Nothing about this deserves more than zero stars but one is the minimum for review submissions.

First I would like to preface by saying Zalat makes really good pizza. My rating reflects the price for toppings. A pizza with 3 toppings is easily over $30 per pizza. That is ridiculous for the price. I also ordered 12 wings and that was $22. The wings are tiny and were cold when I picked them up. Definitely save your money and not order wings. Once again pizza is good, but way overpriced!

Zalat Pizza has totally become one of our go-to spots. Their mini pizzas are perfect—super flavorful, great crust, and just the right size when you don’t want to commit to a full pie. Super disappointed! The crust on the pizza was like cardboard! It was left in the oven too long. It also had air pockets in the crust which I have never seen before. The employees had the door locked to the establishment and me and a few more customers had to wait in the sun. It wasn’t even 6 pm yet. The order said 4:49 pick up. But didn’t get my pizza until about 5:30! The guy that was making the pizzas talked to a customer rude. The customer basically told him he had been waiting over 30 minutes. So the employee told him he would give him a refund. I felt he needs customer service skills. There was a many different ways he could’ve handled that. That experience makes me not want to go back at all.

Spoke with Z to place an order for pickup the next day. They were swamped and asked if she could call me back in an hour to place the order. True to her word she called back to help and assist me. Picked up my order the next as scheduled and the food was hot and fresh and my team loved it! Thank you Z for the help and friendly service! We will be back for sure!!
