Better Chicago dogs than ones I’ve had in Chicago. Had two of the Billy dogs they were perfect . Totally a true represent of a legit Chicago dog. Our server Matthew was awsome and suggested the garlic cheese fries would have never tried on my own. Total home run on those fries. If your looking for a truly great hotdog stop and check it out. Cant wait to go back and try the Italian beef they have.

Stopped by Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs in Orange Beach and it did not disappoint! The hot dogs were absolutely delicious—great flavor, fresh toppings, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they put a lot of care into the food.
Our server Mathew was also fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service and great food made for an awesome experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Orange Beach!

Went here for dinner and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I went to the counter and put in my order. I ordered the New York, Coney and Tijuana Dogs with onion rings. My order came out very quickly and everything was very fresh. The dogs were the best I’ve had in Baldwin County. The onion rings were nice and crispy and dipping sauce was very good. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a wide variety of great hot dogs.

From the moment we walked in, the place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was their eagerness to help without hesitation, even when we came in close to closing time with a large order. Not a single eye roll or rushed vibe — just great service and positive energy.
The food? Unreal.
We ordered a bison bratwurst for our dog (yes, even the pup ate like royalty), a smothered sweet Italian sausage, the Outlaw Billy burger, a classic chili dog, and hands down the most amazing onion rings we’ve ever had, crispy and impossible to stop eating, everyone kept taking mine.
You can tell this place takes pride in both their food and their customers. Amazing service, top-tier comfort food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Billy’s is officially a must-stop, and we’ll absolutely be back.

I grew up in Chicago first off- the Italian beef is the farthest thing from Chicago style you can get, tiny tiny little sandwich with zero flavor whatsoever. For $16 with cheese, seriously, Wayyyyy overpriced. My wife from Wisconsin had the bratwurst of course! and said she has had way better straight from the store. I won’t totally bash the sauerkraut, although it wasn’t fantastic, because we do our own, so there’s no comparison. Chili cheese fries had way too much chili powder in the chili. Overall everything is soooo high priced. I guess with the location and being across from the new high school, they figure they can charge what they want and put out a very inferior product. DID NOT have the hotdogs- so maybe they will keep the place running. Otherwise this is a once and done visit for tourists. I doubt it will last. Total bill for 3 people was over $70. Crazy.

Ok so…
This place is in my opinion plain awful. Badly overpriced, mediocre service, and horrible pucknic table seating.
The price for only 2 people came up to over 52 bucks, and the hotdogs aren’t anything at all special, not to mention that price doesn’t include fries.
I do not recommend this place at all.

Great spot but it might take a lap around the place to get in. It’s worth the lap.
Fresh. Hot. Great service from Matt & Jen. It’s nice to see people who care.
I want to try everything so I’ll just need to visit more often.

Fun little spot to stop for a wide variety of hot dogs, sausages and many other items. Staff were super friendly as my kiddo talked their ears off. I got the Cajun sausage and it was piping hot with fresh crispy hot fries on the side. The sausage was tasty with (in my opinion) enough spice to it. This place is spotless, from the kitchen to the dinning room to the sidewalk.
