This review is for Wendy. For the past few years that I’ve ordered at this location she has been nothing but sweet and hard working. I’ve never met a hard-working sweet woman such as her. To the owner and higher staff of that location. By all means give Wendy nothing but positive praises and a huge raise because she full deserves it. I don’t meet many people like here that upholds such a wonderful spirit in fast food chains. God Bless you Wendy and I pray the higher-ups read this and give you the rewards you deserve ❤️

Normally I love this subway but this evening I decided to try online ordering for the first time. Won’t ever do that again. All of the sauces that my boyfriend loves and I don’t were on my sub and none on his so he’s in there eating his dinner and I’m not.

Overall my experience was okay, Anne was very nice and was very on top of things while handling both the in-store and window orders simultaneously. The only thing that made me feel weird were the children of one of the employees behind the counter. I can understand that childcare is hard to come by, but I don’t see any reason why there are kids no older than 10 asking me if I would like my receipt. They were very nice and respectful, but I’m interested to know what a health inspector would have to say about it. Obviously I have no issue with an employee watching their kids while they’re working, but please don’t have them running around where food is being prepared.

Friday 10-25-24 I ordered my lunch online at 12:46pm and online said my order would be ready by 1pm
I showed up at 1:20 after running an errand and there were NO customers. They said they did not have my order.
They employees Never printed my ticket to make my food until after they printed my ticket, after I showed them my mobile order.
Normally this location is great, I guess since the owner is out for a few weeks service will be slacking.

Called at 930 would not take my order over the phone. Got to the store at 940 waited 5 minutes at the menu after they saw us pull up no one said anything pulled to window. Last only opened because she knew we saw her I asked if they would take my order she said i dont know let me check mind you its 945 they don’t close till 10. Needless to say we didn’t get to order or get food. Very rude and unprofessional. If open til 10 you should serve food till 10

I have always said that the sandwich artist at subway just make your sandwich how they want to make it. So this subway(Dabney Drive)starts off the new year by adding mayo to my sub when I didn’t want any on it at all because I was taking the sub to work and their mayo gets watery after a while( & they were out of banana peppers). It’s bad service like this is why I don’t even tip because they always find a way to not impress me, thanks for ruining my lunch at work on 3rd shift subway. And if you order online just go inside to get your food because their drive thru is horrible. I just don’t get the long waits when I’m the only one in line

This is the only Subway that I patronize. The morning Manager, Wendy is fantastic! She’s friendly, personable, sanitary and makes an excellent tuna sub! This location is the best in Henderson.

The female cashier wasn’t friendly at all even though I said thank you have a great day she said nothing and walked away from the register, I ordered a cheese steak sub and got mostly bread little steak that cost $11.23, never again. Bad customer service. The Sub is not worth the money. The Dabney Drive Subway
