Established in 2008 Taquito’s Mexican Restaurant has been in business for over 15 years. My mother Irene Martinez started this business in the middle of nowhere and has built this restaurant from the ground up through her resilience and passion for food. We have enjoyed serving to the great and honest community of Borne, throughout these years. My bread and butter the salt of the earth. We have built relationships from friends to family through our place of business. Taquito’s Mexican Restaurant is a great place to stop by and feel like family. We can also bring the Tex-Mex experience to you with our catering options!

Loved it so much, got the chicken quesadillas because they’ve always been my favorite since my grandma would cook them. Today I looked at Gabe the GM and said “wow that was better than grandma’s.” They did an amazing job!!

First time visit this place I’m not really surprised at all, I read good things about it, maybe it wasn’t a good day to go (?).
Service was fast.
Food was… meh
Price… Uff little to high for the quality really.
Order:
Bean and cheese tacos,
beans had a “burn” taste, beans were salty too.
Eggs and sausage.
Eggs were cook right but salty at the end.

They were good, not complain, maybe I’ll add eggs next time.

I’ll give them another chance and get a plate instead, at least for tacos for me it wasn’t worth it, B&C tacos are like 50¢ cheaper somewhere else.
$30 x 9 tacos, not worth it.
But ey! Might be one of these days!

Read carefully: I did not like how the eggs looked in their few combinations. The meat selection for tacos looked appealing. By the way, I don’t like when eggs are cooked and sitting in an insert waiting to be served.
I took two of the fajita tacos and a Barbacoa. These meats were super awesome.

4 tacos and a tea 2 of them being a bean and cheese for 16$ is really high.
Cheese not melted in tacos, and the flour tortillas were “stretchy”? Like I would take a bite and have to pull to tear the tortilla.
Barbacoa was super greasy and no fixings and no flavor not worth being almost 5$ is ridiculous.

I ordered 2 bacon potato and egg, and 1 bacon and egg, and they did not put bacon on TWO of the THREE tacos.
