May 18th 2025 6:30pm. Whoever the chick is up there working has a horrible attitude. And instead of being a professional and explaining that what I ordered wasn’t on the deal of the day menu for that specific day. I misread it. She treated me like an idiot. I would be ASHAMED as a manager to know how she communicates and treats people. Also asked for extra olives, and she sprinkled them…. Whatever that’s okay. I definitely will not be back. I will travel to any other subway!

Horrible online order experience and customer service was SUPER rude. Our online order was right in front of the worker’s face but she didn’t listen to the name of the order or read our online receipt. The previous compliants should already tell you this particular female worker needs to be fired. We won’t be back.

The worker was not polite! She was just rushing me and ignoring the fact I said I had 3 sandwiches and then my son was gonna order! And kept asking my son what he wanted even though I hadn’t ordered my 3 yet! Not good customer friendly service at all. But the young girl was sweet and polite!
