This place has solid ayce hot pot and bbq. They have a conveyor belt near the tables with lots of hot pot ingredients that you can grab, such as vegetables, rice cakes, noodles, seafood, and tofu. You can order 4 orders of meat at a time – the meat quality was solid but nothing extraordinary. I think I liked the hot pot bar the most – they had good chicken wings, fried fish, and marinated pork ribs that were really really good. If you need a palate cleanser or dessert, they have mango pudding, watermelon, grapes, sweet soup, and boba jellies in the fridge. You can easily overstuff yourself here.

This spot is such a hidden gem! For just an extra $5 you can unlock unlimited premium cuts like Australian and U.S. wagyu – the brisket comes out crispy and the short ribs are perfectly juicy and flavorful. The rotating hotpot bar is super fun, with one-person portions that make it easy to try a little of everything without waste. I loved the tomato broth, rich and comforting, and the seafood (crab, clams, razor clams) was surprisingly fresh. Don’t skip the snack corner either – lamb spine stew, fried chicken wings, cakes, and fruit were all delicious. The ambiance is modern with ocean projections on the wall, the sauce bar has tons of options, and the staff even help grill the meat – all for under $20 at weekday lunch.

I wouldn’t recommend doing the KBBQ option — that was definitely a pass for us. The Hot Pot, on the other hand, was very enjoyable.
We both chose the Tom Yum broth, and it was delicious — flavorful with just the right balance of spice and tang. I really liked the conveyor belt setup with all the fixings, which made it fun and easy to customize the perfect bowl.
Unfortunately, the KBBQ didn’t meet our expectations. The meats lacked flavor, and many of them tasted very similar. I was also a bit caught off guard when they brought out the tabletop grill, as I wasn’t expecting the cooking setup to be quite so hands-on.
Overall, I’d return for the Hot Pot, but I’d skip the KBBQ next time.

Legend Hot Pot & Grill honestly surprised me for the price, you get hotpot and BBQ in one spot, and everything tasted way fresher than most AYCE places. The broth was flavorful, the meats were tender and well-marinated, and the conveyor belt made grabbing veggies and noodles super easy. The sauce bar was fully stocked with everything you’d want, the vibe inside was warm and clean, and the staff kept refilling things without us even asking. Overall, it’s a perfect cold-weather spot with great value, tons of variety, and a way better experience than I expected. I’d definitely come back.

The first time I found Legend Hot Pot & Grill was on our camping trip and we came back for a few more times after that because the food is very fresh and delicious.
I like the dining room. It is comfortable and the conveyor belt next to the tables with all you can eat is an excellent idea. However, all the meats are order and bring to the table by the workers. Sometimes the workers are short handed and take a little too long before they come to our table to place our meal orders!
The sauces bar has all the sauces I wanted and the soup bases are yummy. I like the personal pot, but shared pot is available too.

For just around $29, you get hotpot + BBQ all in one place, which is honestly unbeatable in the Bay Area. I’d seen mixed reviews about the meat quality before coming, but everything we had was fresh, well-marinated, and way better than expected for the price. The beef slices and lamb rolls were my favorites, and the BBQ selection had plenty of choices too.
The broth was flavorful, service was fast and friendly, and they kept refilling ingredients without us even asking. The self-serve sauce bar was clean and had everything you’d want, including garlic, cilantro, sesame oil, and chili.
Overall, this place is insanely worth it — great value, tons of variety, and perfect for warming up on a cold day. Will definitely come back!

At first glance, the place is not sparkling or comfy. But, the seats are comfortable and they have good service. This hot pot actually has varieties of food to choose. Their beef and lamb pretty good quality. Price is reasonable, good for friend gatherings.

Had the tom yum broth and enjoyed it! Both the regular and premium meats were good quality! I especially enjoyed the brisket, double marble beef, short rib, pork belly (ask for thinly sliced!), beef tongue, scallops, and Australian Wagyu. The beef tongue may have been my favorite – I loved how thinly sliced it was, some other kbbq places slice it too thick, and it becomes too tough. They have a huge variety of ingredients to choose from on the conveyor belt! Legend is great value and on par with other ayce hot pot kbbq restaurants in the bay! Thanks Ryan for being so attentive and helpful!
